50: Chapter 3 The Arrogant Mermaid Princess_3

50 -3 The Arrogant Mermaid Princess_3

The terror of the Sea Clan and the legends surrounding them have long been widely recorded and disseminated across the mainland.

Two thousand years ago, an outstanding Storm Splitter — a mage within the Sea Clan from the nation of Seia — researched and developed an incredibly powerful Water Barrier.

This barrier enabled the Sea Clan armies, which could not remain away from water for significant periods, to break free from the constraint of the ocean, thus becoming capable of invading land.

The war waged by just this single Sea Nation turned the entire Aegean Continent into a river of blood.

All of the humans, Beamons, along with elves, and dwarfs, had to unite in order to barely defeat the Sea Clan army.

In that Land-Sea War, the aquatic race amongst the Beamons suffered devastating casualties, almost all being wiped out, resulting in their power declining ever since.

The vast ocean allows the nations in the sea to be more massive than those on land and host a more complex and diversified collection of creatures.

Additionally, the intelligent life forms within the ocean possess stronger bodies and smarter minds than their terrestrial counterparts.

If the mage among the Sea Clan who invented the complex Water Barrier hadn’t died in the war against the humans, the forces of the Sea Clan might have already conquered the Aegean Continent by now.

Helen was very well-aware of the strength of the Goblin race’s Magic Shark Knight standing before her. ƒreeωebnovel.ƈom

Two thousand years ago during the Land-Sea War, the Shark People of the Goblin Clan were the backbone of the sea forces.

With their robust bodies and sharp teeth, they were true dominants both on land and in the sea.

Their formidable fighting abilities were far superior to those of humans.

Only the strongest amongst the Beamons — like Giant Elephant Warriors of the Orephin Clan or the Berserk Bear Knights of the Pier Race — were capable of directly combatting them.

The terror of Goblin Clan’s Shark People doesn’t only stem from their formidable bodies, but also from their innate Water Element magic, making them dreadful adversaries.

Goblin Shark warriors have extremely belligerent personalities and aren’t afraid of self-detonating when outmatched.

Since their bodies are as hard as mirrors, they often manage to pick up the pieces of their corpses and reassemble them back into a functioning organism even after a self-detonation.

The tales of the Goblin Clan’s Shark warriors are undeniably impactful, whether they’re sung in the songs of human bards or chronicled in Beamon epics.

Helen couldn’t help but worry.

The Pigiel race’s Pig People were not known for their combat skills or fighting prowess.

Their desire for offspring and food outmatched that of other races.

Even a Pigiel, as a participant in the Altar Sacrificial Ceremony, would struggle greatly against a Goblin Magic Shark Warrior.

These warriors not only had ferocious physical attack capabilities but also possessed magical powers, making their overall advantage vast.

Richard didn’t even have a magical pet.

He didn’t have any Beamon warriors following him, and the only Frost Snow Pichu Beast he had was more like an adopted child than a pet.

While it wasn’t much of a fighter, it did know how to drink.

Its magical strength was extremely poor.

However, there was no more time for Helen to discuss everything with her Richard.

Because Liu Zhenhan was already confronting the Goblin Clan’s Magic Shark Knight.

The Komodo Beast…

heh, all I can say is that Helen will have a pet in the future called the Komodo War Behemoth.

It has the ability to communicate with cloud and lightning spirits mysteriously, possesses dual-element magical attacks, and a robust body.

I mistakenly wrote Jay’s English name as Jet yesterday.

I was confused.

From now on, I will make an effort to remove some of the left-over elements in my writing.

Previously, my words were too vibrant and domineering.

After the bloodshed, the taste of destiny was too strong.

It won’t happen in this novel, which is a comedy where nothing bad ever happens to the protagonist and nothing can stop their stroke of luck.

Going forward, I’ll try to use CG for image links.

I don’t play games, but I based this book on the background of the Orc Empire, and I added a lot of elements to it.

I will send out the complete background settings for the Beamon after the new book listing.

Let’s explore it together~
