Chapter 1161: Chapter 653: The Mysterious Witch and the Seven Goblin Kingdoms_3

Since it’s the force of my thought shaping it, the final form it takes is naturally not what Gaven and the others originally promoted, but rather the appearance that the goblin little fools believed in.

This group of wicked little bastards are not only inherently abusive and prone to plunder in reality, but even in stories, they refuse to show their better side, twisting themselves into powerful plunderers. The seven magical goblins turned into seven powerful Goblin Kings, commanding armies of magical goblin kingdoms, ever attempting to snatch the Supreme Secret Treasure from the hands of the mystical Witch, enslaving her to fulfill all their desires, and then unifying the other six Goblin Kingdoms to become the unprecedented King of the Seven Goblin Kingdoms.

"All these goblins are reincarnations of goblin Spirit Souls? Doesn’t that mean that everything there isn’t purely a figment of imagination, but actually exists? That’s practically the nascent form of a new Goblin God Kingdom!" Gaven couldn’t help but gasp, as they seemed to have unleashed something phenomenal.

Many faiths in True Gods are originally inspired by legendary stories, and now they were in the business of crafting legends.

"You could say it’s a blend of illusion and reality, with real souls, but everything there is born from thoughts and ether energy. It’s very similar to what you’ve described about the Giant Plains. Some goblins take on the appearance of Hobgoblins, but their soul essence remains that of a goblin. As for the nascent form of the Goblin God Kingdom, to say that, you’d be greatly underestimating the All Gods and their God Kingdoms. Right now, at best, they are Spirit Souls; the place is nothing more than a nascent wilderness of goblin Spirit Souls. For them to grow into True Gods and turn this into a God Kingdom, the path they must walk is as distant as mortals aiming for Divine Enthronement." Philancy had her own unique insights into the situation.

When it came to Spirit Souls, Gaven suddenly had an idea; this was like the worship of Ancestral Spirits, belonging to the most primitive form of faith. There are two rather famous primitive Spirit Soul faiths in Felen.

One is the Uthgar Barbarians, who worship their ancestor god Uthgar, also employing a series of animal gods defeated by their ancestral god as totemic symbols for their tribes, and taking these totems as their names. Their ancestral god Uthgar is a son of Tempus, always fostered by the Lord of War.

The other is the Laiserman Kingdom, home to the renowned Laiserman Witches, also known as the Harlans Witches. They enjoy supreme power within the Laiserman Kingdom, and even the Iron King here is appointed by these Witches. They possess the ability to tap into the power of Spirit Souls, which makes their strength in the Laiserman Kingdom far surpass other Spellcasters. A Laiserman Witch, who has yet to become Transcendent, easily defeating a Transcendent Archmage, is not something to be surprised about. However, this is only limited within the Laiserman Kingdom. Once they leave the country, the situation reverses, because elsewhere, their unique Spirit Soul abilities and magic will be greatly diminished, with some even becoming ineffective.

Compared to the nascent Goblin God Kingdom, this place does indeed resemble more a newly born Spirit Soul realm, just like the Fairies in the Fairy Wilderness. Spirit Souls are just another unique form of existence, not yet reaching the level of Petitioners, let alone Divine Servants, in the Upper Plane. This is the potential for growth for the realm of Spirit Souls and the Spirit Souls within, yet the difficulty is immense, requiring the fulfillment of a series of essential conditions for mortals’ Ascension to godhood. There is also a shortcut, which is to become like the Animal God Divine Envoys of Uthgar, to become the totemic Divine Servants of a particular True God.

"I didn’t expect things to turn out this way. Are you in any danger over there?" Gaven asked with some concern.

He knew that those goblin little bastards were unreliable, but he didn’t realize they were so much more unreliable that they would even twist legendary stories into such a mess. Had he known, he would have chosen the Gnolls of Dragon Oak Territory instead of the goblins.

Thinking back, the reason he chose goblins over Gnolls was the fear that this matter was too risky, and any accidents could damage his own strength.

Now that they know this method is effective, they can embark on a new round of expansion based on this foundation. The biggest advantage of legendary stories is that they can be continuously edited. After those goblin-modified stories, they can simply add a Good Race of Humans who specifically protect the mystical Witch.

"This power of belief can only affect the non-existent parts and cannot affect the parts that already exist in reality, such as the power I possess myself. I will neither become stronger nor weaker because of their thoughts.

And these goblins can only grant themselves some unique abilities that do not exceed third-level spells, such as Enlarge, Shrinking Spell, Flying Spell, and so on, essentially they are still limited by their own Spirit Soul. Do you think a bunch of enlarged or flying goblins can pose a threat to me?" Philancy retorted with a question.

"Of course not, even if they can fly, they’re still just a bunch of goblins." Let alone being a Legendary Arcanist, Gaven is confident now that with the War Ravager in hand, he can crush a goblin army.

"Hey... this is fine too; I’ve found many ways to pass the time. Although they haven’t directly become my Servants, I have plenty of methods to make them become my Servants." Philancy spoke with full confidence.
