Upon hearing this, Wilda looked at Connor and hesitated for a few seconds.

Shortly after, she took out her phone, found a phone number, and dialed it.

After speaking a few words into the phone, she hung up and then sat quietly at her seat, sipping on her red wine.

About ten minutes later, she walked up to Connor with a laptop in hand. She casually placed it on the table in front of him and whispered, "This is the information you wanted."

"Good." Connor nodded lightly.

"I don’t need you to owe me any favors. My uncle died at the hands of this person. I provided you with his information because I hope you can kill him and help me avenge my uncle. So, we’re even," she said straightforwardly.

"I understand." He seemed entirely focused on the laptop in front of him, not paying much attention to Wilda’s words.

The laptop displayed detailed information about a person named William, a tall and muscular man with a killer’s expression.

William seemed to hold a significant position within Blood Shadow and was the nephew of the King of Shadows. He was currently at the peak of Earth-Rank Ancient Martial Master, hailing from a humble background. He became a martial artist and joined Blood Shadow due to his relationship with the King of Shadows. It was rumored that William was highly skilled in assassination techniques and was a renowned assassin in Risu. He was also wanted by law enforcement, but this was mostly for show, as William had terrifying connections in Risu.

Wilda had provided him with a very detailed dossier, documenting many important details about William. The most crucial point was that William was the nephew of the King of Shadows. Finding William would lead him to the King of Shadows, which would save him a lot of trouble.

"How about this information? Is it useful to you?" Wilda asked softly.

"It’s useful." Connor nodded earnestly.

"That’s good. I hope you can eliminate him. In doing so, I’ll consider it revenge for my uncle," she said calmly.

"Is there a grudge between your family and Blood Shadow?" he asked curiously.

"There’s no personal grudge, but my uncle’s enemies found Blood Shadow and had them assassinate my uncle. While our family has some influence in France, we can’t compare to a large organization like Blood Shadow. Even though everyone in our family knows that William killed my uncle, no one dares to seek revenge for him," she explained.

"I see." Connor nodded thoughtfully, not saying much more.

"While I really hope you can take care of this matter, I want to remind you that Blood Shadow is not easy to deal with. You must be mentally prepared," Wilda cautioned.

"There’s no one in this world I can’t handle," Connor said calmly.

If Wilda had heard this statement from Connor just five days ago, she would have likely scoffed. However, she now knew that his words were not a joke; he indeed had the capability.

In less than a day, they arrived in Risu and landed in the city closest to William’s location.

After the plane landed, he decided to part ways with her and began searching for William on his own.

She understood how dangerous what he was doing was, so she chose not to accompany him in finding William.

Blood Shadow’s influence in Risu was still considerable, and, more importantly, Connor was now famous in the world of martial arts. His feat of defeating three Celestial Ancient Martial Master on his own had spread worldwide, making him a legendary figure in many people’s eyes.

William was one of the two individuals who had entered the Hidden Treasury, and he had been cursed by the King of Shadows himself. So when he learned that Connor had come to Risu, he naturally assumed that Connor was here for a confrontation with the King of Shadows. This made William very nervous.
