His Naughty Lessons-Chapter 247: A Different Surprise
Chapter 247: A Different Surprise
** Harper **
Thank God that their innocent audience had gone all the way to the other side of the booths now, giving Harper a chance to catch her breath in a shaky staccato of puffs. She leaned bonelessly against Eli’s chest, letting him steady her wobbly legs as she rode out the residual tremors rippling through her body.
It wasn’t till then that she remembered the presence of that hard bulge wedged behind her, seemingly still growing harder by the moment.
"Oh ... we didn’t pick a booth that came with costumes for you as well, did we?" The thought came to her a little too late. "I suppose we’ll have to make do with a topless — or bottomless — shot that shows off all those muscles again."
Looping her hand behind her, she reached for his belt. But she was surprised when Eli caught her hand.
"What, that slave photo wasn’t enough?" he chuckled, pulling her shorts back up onto her hips and giving her butt a naughty little spank. "I’ll opt for saving those ’muscles’ upon closer examination for you when we get back. But not here, little temptress, because when I’m inside you — whichever part of you — I’m not going to let you stay quiet. I need to hear all those sweet moans, and I’ll be sure to make you tremble and cry as hard as you can when you come with me."
... Darn those seductive words. Just the mere imagination of that scene he described was making the tiny lingering pulses tickle again, threatening to revive all the burning instincts inside her.
Though in the end, Harper managed to keep those instincts in check. Maybe it was good to stop before their luck ran out and truly got caught. "Then we’ll make it that way for you tonight," she promised with a lick of her lips, "among other things."
She liked the hungry look in his eyes as her response.
Turning back around, she loosened the bodice over her chest. Well, needless to say that she wasn’t going to take a picture in this costume anymore. The poor fabric had been hopelessly wrinkled, and not that she desperately needed a memento to remind themselves of this escapade forever. So they put the garments away and took some time to fix up both of their ruined hair and clothes. Then she peeked out the door — still preferring to avoid their earlier audience as much as they could — and slipped out of the photo booth when she found the floor to be satisfyingly empty.
Her legs were still wobbly though, and she had to walk on Eli’s arm just to be able to step steadily down the stairs. Not that she was complaining.
When they came back to the second floor, they could see that the venue had gotten a lot busier at this hour. Over half of the game machines were occupied by people with pizza boxes in their laps. The tournament on the big screen was also getting toward the end now, and the crowd was taking the last break session to call out their winner predictions, chattering lively over their favorite gameplay moments and tactics.
Harper and Eli were about to cross straight through the crowd for the entrance down to the main level, when she heard someone call her name, "Oh hi ... Harper?"
Harper halted in her tracks and turned around at the unfamiliar voice. A young brunette was smiling at her, looking almost as cute as the anime characters on the posters with those sweet dimples.
"... Emory?" Harper blurted, but then she knitted her brow. Wasn’t Emory blonde? But this girl—
Apparently noticing her confusion, the girl reached up to her ponytail with a sheepish smile. "Oh, I must look strange to you. I dyed my hair back to its original color — I kind of like changing it once in a while depending on my mood."
Ah, no wonder. And now Harper could finally see a tiny bit of resemblance between this girl and Eli, with the dark hair and the striking blue eyes.
... Wait. Right, Eli. What a perfect time for the three of them to bump into each other, right after such an unspeakable episode in a photo booth that Harper didn’t want anyone else alive to know about! She could only hope that the lighting in the room was dim enough to prevent Emory from noticing anything weird in her shaky gait, or the expression on both of their faces.
If Emory did notice, at least she was smart enough to not show it. "Isn’t it funny that I’m not even surprised to run into you here?" The girl grinned excitedly. "I knew we have a lot of interests in common when it comes to games! And you totally look like an arcade person." Then she turned to Eli. "Oh, and nice to meet you. I’m—"
"Em!" An impatient voice sounded from somewhere among the game machines. "What are you still doing over there? Game’s about to start! Hurry up if you don’t want to lose automatically!"
"Argh, coming coming!" Emory did a little roll of her eyes and shouted back, before turning around again to give Harper an apologetic smile. "Sorry, I gotta go. But hope I’ll see you again soon — preferably at work! It was such a pleasure talking to you earlier this week, and I really wish I’ll get the chance to do it more often. I can’t wait to hear back about the final decision from you guys soon. Anyway, enjoy The Den!"
She darted off, ponytail flipping behind her head and quickly disappearing into the crowd behind her.
"Your coworker?" Eli asked when she was fully out of sight. "Or is that one of the intern candidates? I’m guessing that’s the final decision she was referring to."
Harper blinked, moving her eyes from the crowd back to the man beside her. "Wait, you don’t know her?"
"... No?" Eli’s face was pure puzzlement and curiosity. "Why, should I?"
... Yeah, you probably really should!
