As I walked into the grand hall, that sense of inexplicable familiarity grew even stronger. Full of curiosity, Arthur surveyed his surroundings but found the vast hall empty.

The quiet environment sent his vigilance soaring. Despite having faced quite a few Divine Spirits, this Grim Reaper still filled him with intense wariness. To his knowledge, the Grim Reaper of this world had fallen many years ago, and he couldn't fathom when another had appeared.

"You've arrived!" A familiar voice rang out beside Arthur's ear, instantly calming his restless heart.

"Mr. Lu!" Arthur called out with joy.

As his voice faded, a man in a green robe appeared upon the Divine Throne in the center of the great hall. With a natural and harmonious air, and a warm smile on his face that made one feel instantly at ease, it was indeed Lu Yu.

"You've become the Grim Reaper?" Arthur asked with some astonishment. He had personally witnessed Lu Yu's strength, which vastly exceeded that of the Divine Spirits. In Arthur's experience, probably only the Lord could possibly be stronger than him. It made him intensely curious why such a being would choose to become the Grim Reaper.

Lu Yu chuckled and shook his head, saying, "I am not the Grim Reaper, the Grim Reaper is here."

Following the direction of Lu Yu's finger, Arthur saw the Little White Snake soundly sleeping on Lu Yu's arm. This little creature was very familiar to Arthur; after all, he had taken care of it when it was just born.

"Little White is the Grim Reaper?" Arthur said in disbelief. After all, he had witnessed the birth of the little white snake. It was still very young, and he never imagined that in such a short time, it would ascend to a Divine Position, to become the powerful God of Death. Arthur felt as if he was in a dream.

However, after another glance at Lu Yu, such an inconceivable event seemed mundane. The imprint of Lu Yu's power was deeply etched in his mind. With his strength, elevating someone to divinity didn't seem like a difficult task at all.

Gently caressing the still-sleeping Little White Snake, Lu Yu nodded with a smile, "Didn't I tell you before? There would be a way to solve the problem of the Land of Death."

It was then that Arthur realized Mr. Lu's method for solving the issue of the Land of Death was to cultivate a Grim Reaper. This grand gesture and boldness refreshed his worldview and showed him a whole new realm. All his past proud schemes now seemed pale and powerless in front of such strategy.

"Then this city..." Arthur's mind suddenly clicked as the city was filled with an air he found familiar. He couldn't help but reminisce about the past and swallowed hard before asking.

"Yes, this is the castle you traded to me. Due to the infiltration of the aura of death, it easily transformed into the Royal City within the Netherworld, saving me quite a bit of trouble," Lu Yu explained with a smile.

However, Arthur was shaken. He hadn't understood why Lu Yu had insisted on choosing the old castle, and it turned out to be for this purpose. He was secretly astounded by Lu Yu's planning, realizing that Mr. Lu had foreseen this day's events a long time ago. No wonder he had insisted on acquiring a castle that had been abandoned for many years.

Lu Yu looked at Arthur, who was standing there dumbfounded, wondering what was going through his mind, looking silly and lost.

It took quite a while for Arthur to recover from his stunned state, and he apologetically said, "Mr. Lu, I apologize for zoning out. May I know why you have summoned me here?"

Lu Yu said with a smile, "It's all right. There's no pressing matter, really. It's just that the Netherworld is newly established and Little White needs to establish its faith. I thought of you and also wanted to give you a tour of the Netherworld. If anything arises in the future, you can contact me through the worship of the God of Death."

Arthur was overjoyed upon hearing this. A newly appointed Grim Reaper and the mysterious and unpredictable Mr. Lu – such a combination could not be an ordinary power. Indeed, it was enough to turn the whole world upside down.

"No problem at all. I was there when Little White was born, so I will personally ensure its faith is well established. I'll make sure to spread its presence more within my dominion," he responded.

Truthfully, Arthur had his own selfish reasons. After all, he had watched the Little White Snake grow up and they shared a close bond. Moreover, the snake was naïve due to its young age, harboring no other designs. Arthur was naturally not worried about being used by it. Having another Divine Spirit as an ally was truly a joyous occasion.

Lu Yu looked at his face, guessing his thoughts, yet he didn't openly point them out. His purpose in summoning Arthur's soul here was actually related to this, for to become the ruler of this world, relying solely on Arthur's current strength was still somewhat insufficient.

Under Lu Yu's guidance, Arthur began to explore the Netherworld that had only been established not long ago. Thanks to the Land of Death, the nascent Netherworld had overcome the hardest times and was beginning vibrant development.

The Netherworld that appeared before Arthur's eyes already had shape and form. On the black earth that stretched as far as the eye could see, Lost Souls and creatures of death roamed. A young Nether River meandered through the land.

"Now, the Netherworld is just beginning, and it is still quite small. As the number of Lost Souls increases and Little White's power grows, this realm will expand. Even this small Nether River will eventually become a vast river, preventing any creature from entering the Netherworld," Lu Yu described the future of the Netherworld with ease.

Listening to this, Arthur felt liberated and inspired. The current Netherworld was like a blank slate, offering the freedom to express his wisdom and create the world as he imagined, unlike his territories above, which were shackled by old matters, where every action had significant repercussions, making him feel restricted.
