Legendary Superstar-Chapter 156 - 3 Days & 2 Nights: Second Episode
The next weekend came faster than anyone had expected. With it, the much-anticipated second part of the "3 Days & 2 Nights" episode featuring Minjae and the other rookie actors would also finally be broadcast.
Fans had been waiting for it eagerly, and the buzz on social media started even before the episode aired.
Just like last week, the familiar opening theme played at exactly 3 PM on everyone's television screen. Within minutes, it trended again, even faster than the first episode.
"Everyone SHUT UP it's 3 Days 2 Nights time again!!!"
"PART TWO IS HEREEEE!!! I'M SO READY."
"Let's see if they survive the morning mission 😂😂"
"I can't wait!!!"
"Time to laugh again."
"I am sad, but not anymore!"
The same with the first episode, the second episode opened with shots of the location that they had. The cameras showed a peaceful morning wherein the sky had just started to brighten.
Then came the chaos as the morning mission began for everyone.
One by one, the cast was seen sneaking into each other's rooms, trying to wake up the others with hilarious methods. The production had given them the challenge of "Wake up your roommate in the funniest way possible," and the prize? A warm breakfast and a few extra hours of rest.
It was a prize that everyone seemed to want after a long day yesterday.
The first to be attacked by the morning mission were the people who were sleeping outside the tent. One of the regular cast members barged into Jihoon's own tent with a hand-held speaker, blasting trot music while smacking a toy hammer on Jihoon's blanket.
"HYUNG WHAT IS HAPPENING—" Jihoon's hair was a mess, eyes barely open as he rolled away from the noise. "I THOUGHT I WAS STILL DREAMING!"
It not only woke up Jihoon, but also everyone who was sleeping outside.
The next scene cuts to Yura being woken up by bubbles being blown onto her face.
"Bubbles?! Are you serious??" she blinked, half-asleep but managing to laugh as she gently pushed the wand away.
Meanwhile, the people got their first look at Minjae's bare-faced face.
The camera zoomed in on him lying peacefully on his bed. His face was buried into the blanket, with his hair tousled and his lips slightly parted. A few seconds later, a cast member banged pots and pans right next to his ears.
"Ack—Hyung!" Minjae flinched so hard he almost fell off the bed. He blinked in disbelief, still half-asleep. The fans who were watching the episode nearly screamed as they saw Minjae's face.

The episode continued with lots of laughter as the rookies teamed up with the cast for games that involved water buckets, guessing games, and even singing missions.
There were also a fair share of peaceful moments, like when all of them gathered outside preparing their own lunch. Soojin was seen carefully chopping vegetables while Minjae and Jihoon debated how much seasoning to add.
"You put soy sauce in everything," Minjae teased.
"Because it makes everything better!" Jihoon fired back.
Meanwhile, Yura quietly mixed the dressing with a poker face, while the rest of the cast led the whole cooking.

Toward the end of the episode, there was a montage of their day: the games, the meals, their moments by the river, and the night-time chats. It was calm, comforting, and funny at the same time.
As the montage from the show slowly faded out, the screen transitioned to the cast standing together in the courtyard. It was the very same spot where they had gathered on the last day.
"Aside from this variety show special, we're all here to promote our upcoming drama, 'The Star's Secret'."
The cameras zoomed in on Minjae as his voice grew more passionate. "We've worked really hard to bring these characters and their stories to life. And we're excited to share it with everyone soon."
"Please look forward to it! It's going to be released on the second week of January for the drama festival, so make sure to mark your calendars!" The cameras showed Yura as she smiled before it moved to Jihoon.
"Yeah, and trust me, you don't want to miss it," Jihoon said, followed by a wink and a wacky face.
"We hope you'll enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed filming it." Seojin smiled widely and nodded.
After the promotions were done, the screen turned black, and the teaser for the next week's episode played.

Minjae, who was quietly watching the episode with Donghyun, looked down at his phone, which had been vibrating non-stop.
He scrolled through the posts, smiling faintly at the pool of kind words, funny screenshots, and fan edits of him and the others.
"Good job. The episode was nice." Donghyun applauded Minjae.
Minjae set his phone down for a moment before smiling.
"Thanks, Hyung."
