Chapter 113 - 113 : Weird Vibe in Bathroom

The sound of water splashing grew louder, and the mist spread throughout the bathroom, enveloping every corner in a thick, humid haze.

Heat radiated between them, their bodies growing warmer, breaths heavier. The glass panels around them were covered in condensation, tiny droplets running down like melting frost, adding an unexpected intimacy to the atmosphere.

Steam thickened, blurring the lines of the enclosed space.

Slap!

Finn pinned Wanda's hands against the bathroom door, his grip firm but not forceful. She gasped, her flushed cheeks deepening in color as she turned her gaze downward. "Finn, don't—"

She struggled briefly but quickly realized how strong he was. There was no escape.

"Shh, don't talk." Finn's voice was husky, his breath warm against her damp skin. His free arm wrapped around her slender waist, pulling her closer until their foreheads met, beads of water trickling down from his dark, wet hair.

Their eyes locked, and in that instant, they could feel everything—the heat, the tension, the unspoken words between them. Water cascaded down from the shower, droplets hitting their skin, making the moment even more intoxicating.

"A rare opportunity. Don't you want to see where this leads?" Finn's voice was steady, but there was a teasing glint in his gaze.

Wanda's lips parted slightly, her breath coming out in soft, uneven pants. "I... I think—"

Her words were barely above a whisper, her heartbeat erratic, like a deer caught in the headlights.

She tilted her head ever so slightly, taking in Finn's face—the sharp jawline, the deep-set eyes, the effortless allure that he exuded. There was something captivating about him, something she couldn't quite put into words. His presence felt both familiar and dangerously thrilling.

"What are you thinking?" Finn smirked, catching her staring.

Wanda felt her face burn even hotter. She wanted to look away, but her gaze kept getting drawn back to him. He was close—too close—and it was doing things to her mind.

Droplets of water dripped onto her cheek, and she instinctively flinched. Her vision blurred slightly, clouded by the steam, by the heat, by him. Her pulse pounded in her ears as Finn leaned in, their lips mere inches apart.

What's wrong with me?

Wanda felt trapped—not by force, but by the sheer gravity of the moment. She wanted to push him away, but at the same time, she didn't. Finn was alluring in a way that made her heart race and her thoughts scatter. She knew she should stop, but her body wasn't listening.

His grip tightened slightly, securing her in place. The heavy rise and fall of his chest matched hers, both of them lost in the moment. The longer she stared at him, the more she felt herself sinking, drowning in his presence.

And then, without warning—

Finn closed the distance, capturing her lips in a firm, unrelenting kiss.

Wanda's breath hitched. Her initial reaction was to resist, but his grip was unwavering. The warmth of his mouth against hers sent an electric jolt down her spine, her body betraying her mind's last attempt at reason.

Her wide eyes slowly fluttered shut, surrendering to the sensation.

His fingers brushed against her waist, tracing gentle patterns against her damp skin. A shiver ran through her, though she wasn't sure if it was from the cold water or the heat between them.

She felt weightless, lost in the feverish kiss, until—

A sudden touch against her lower abdomen jolted her back to reality.

She gasped, breaking free from his grasp, her breath ragged. "Not now! She's still outside. If we do this here... she won't be able to accept it."

Wanda's voice wavered, her body trembling, but she was firm in her decision.

Finn exhaled sharply, running a hand through his wet hair. "What do you think I was planning? Even if I wanted to, I wouldn't rush something like this."

His words held weight, but Wanda still felt a lingering heat between them, a pull that hadn't fully dissipated.

"Then what were you trying to do?" she asked, crossing her arms, still slightly out of breath.

"Just a little... experimentation," Finn said, smirking.

Wanda rolled her eyes, pressing a hand to her flushed face. "You're such a perv."

She quickly straightened her pajamas, turned on her heel, and walked out of the bathroom, leaving Finn alone with a bemused expression.

He ran his tongue over his lips absentmindedly, his smirk deepening. "They really do taste different."

Outside, Wanda quickly scanned the room, her heart still racing. The Dark Witch was still seated on the sofa, back turned to the bathroom, lost in her music. She let out a sigh of relief.

Thank god she didn't notice.

If she had given in to temptation back there, if any sounds had leaked out—Wanda didn't even want to think about the consequences. The Dark Witch was unpredictable, and the last thing she wanted was an awkward confrontation.

But then again... why was she even thinking about it like that?

I'm the real girlfriend, for god's sake. Why does it feel like I'm the one sneaking around?

Her thoughts spiraled until a sudden tap on her back made her jump.

She turned to see Finn, now fully dressed, hair still damp from the shower. He grinned at her reaction. "Why so jumpy?"

"You—you were just in the shower!" Wanda stammered, still flustered.

"I wasn't going to stay in there forever."

Finn chuckled, then lowered his voice so only she could hear. "Besides, it's no fun when you're not there."

Wanda scowled, but the blush on her cheeks betrayed her. She quickly turned away, making her way back to the sofa.

Finn followed, plopping down beside her. The Dark Witch slowly removed her headphones, eyeing the two of them suspiciously.

"So... what exactly were you two up to just now?"

Wanda stiffened. "N-Nothing!"

Her tone was a little too quick, a little too defensive.

The Dark Witch arched a brow. "You sure about that?"

Before Wanda could stammer out another excuse, the Dark Witch shifted positions, moving to Finn's other side in a blink.

"Why? You want to join too?" Finn teased, smirking.

Hiss!

A sharp pain shot through his waist. He barely managed to hide his wince as Wanda shot him a murderous glare, her nails digging into his skin. It was a silent warning: Shut the hell up.

If Finn slipped up now, if he let anything slip to the Dark Witch, things could get very messy. She didn't trust the other woman not to take things too far.

The Dark Witch, however, only leaned in closer, her lips curving into a sly smile. "Oh, I definitely want to. I've been waiting for the right moment."

Wanda's stomach dropped.

Finn picked up the remote control from the sofa, feigning nonchalance. "Yeah, well, keep waiting. We're watching a movie."

The Dark Witch pouted but didn't push further.

Finn exhaled, muttering under his breath, "You really know how to keep a guy on edge."

Wanda rolled her eyes but couldn't deny the heat still lingering between them.

At this moment, Wanda leaned over and suggested, "This type of movie is nice to watch. Just the three of us—perfect."

The Dark Witch nodded, agreeing to her proposal.

"Watch a movie? Why does that sound a bit strange?" Finn thought to himself, momentarily speechless but choosing not to say anything. He had no strong opinion on this kind of film. Either way, it was a way to pass the time. Watching a movie with two powerful witches? Could be worse.

Soon enough, at the request of the two witches, Finn accessed the movie library, found a relatively warm road movie, and hit play.

"If not, you'll fall asleep halfway through," he muttered to himself.

"The wind is a little cool," Wanda, seated to his left, murmured. With a simple wave of her hand, a plush blanket materialized, draping over both herself and Finn.

"You just got out of the shower, Finn. Don't catch a cold."

After covering him, she curled up beside him like a kitten. The blanket was thick, effectively blocking out the cool autumn breeze.

"Oh? And I don't get a blanket this big?"

The Dark Witch frowned, clearly displeased. "What's that supposed to mean?"

"It means exactly what it looks like. You want one? Find it yourself," Wanda replied without even glancing her way, making it clear she wasn't interested in arguing.

"Oh, you think you're clever?"

Without hesitation, the Dark Witch yanked at the blanket, making it stretch longer with a mere flick of her fingers. The lengthened fabric easily accommodated her.

"There. Problem solved."

Satisfied, she wrapped herself up and immediately leaned against Finn as well.

"I can't watch the movie like this," Finn sighed, already sensing where this was going.

The two witches, now completely snug on either side of him, ignored his complaint, their floral scents mingling in the air. Suddenly, Finn found himself no longer interested in the movie.

"Who can focus like this?" he thought, helplessly.

"I don't care. Let her move," they both said simultaneously, only to turn and glare at each other.

"Don't talk like me!" they snapped in unison again, making Finn shake his head.

He didn't intervene. What was the point? They'd sort it out themselves.

Time passed, and the living room settled into silence. The witches had finally stopped arguing. Finn leaned back on the sofa, his arms resting at his sides, their warmth pressing in from both directions. The delicate fragrances filling his senses made his thoughts drift.

With a resigned smile, he admitted to himself that his focus was nowhere near the film. Meanwhile, the two witches seemed entirely at ease, savoring the comfort of the moment.

Especially in this cool weather—after a long, exhausting day—there was nothing better than sinking into the couch, watching a movie, and basking in shared warmth under a soft blanket.

Eventually, feeling somewhat restless, the two repositioned themselves. Lying on their sides now, they each placed their heads on Finn's lap like a pillow.

"You really don't want me to concentrate on this movie, do you?" Finn asked, torn between amusement and exasperation.

Facing the double assault, watching the movie was now impossible.

Then, he noticed something.

His gaze wandered, carefully observing the subtle differences between them. Beyond their unique auras—Wanda's untamed, wild energy contrasting with the Dark Witch's enigmatic presence—their figures were strikingly similar. Curves in all the right places, and from this angle...

Well, certain details were impossible to miss.

Perhaps it was the Dark Witch's more mature nature, but her figure carried a touch more allure, each subtle shift of her body pure temptation.

And then, suddenly—

She turned her head, meeting his eyes.

For a moment, the world seemed to freeze.

"Do I look good?" the Dark Witch asked, her voice laced with amusement.

Finn cleared his throat awkwardly. "Ahem..." He immediately looked away.

The Dark Witch chuckled softly. "You can look if you want. I never said you couldn't. What's the harm?"

Hearing this, Wanda, still watching the movie, suddenly grew annoyed. "Finn, you'd rather look at her than me?"

Finn sighed, realizing this was a battle he wasn't going to win. "I wasn't choosing between you two. I was just... looking."

"At both of us?" Wanda narrowed her eyes.

"Yes, at both of you." He had no other choice—the situation demanded fairness. If he showed preference for one over the other, he was doomed.

The Dark Witch smirked. "So, you're saying you want the whole package, huh? Ambitious. I like it."

"That's not—" Finn began, only for her to cut him off.

"Finn, just admit it. You're enjoying this."

"What are you talking about? Watch your damn movie," he shot back, trying to steer the conversation elsewhere.

"Oh, Finn, the movie is boring. I'd much rather watch you," she purred, her voice dripping with mischief.

Wanda, on the other side, stiffened. "Don't look at him like that!"

"I'll look however I want," the Dark Witch countered smugly, shifting even closer—so close, in fact, that her head nearly rested against Finn's thigh.

"Can we stop with the teasing?" Finn muttered, feeling the warmth against him.

Wanda, feeling a little more fatigued than she cared to admit, let out a small yawn. She stretched out a hand weakly and grabbed Finn's sleeve.

"Finn... I'm sleepy."

"Then sleep," he said gently, shifting to wrap his arm around her. Wanda melted into his embrace, settling in comfortably.

The Dark Witch didn't protest. Instead, she readjusted herself again, laying her head on his lap, finally turning her attention to the film.

A soft chime echoed through the air—delicate, hypnotic background music from the movie, floating gently through the living room, adding a dreamlike quality to the moment.

The sunlight streamed in through the window, the autumn breeze bringing a slight chill. The wind chimes swayed ever so slightly above the door, their faint melody blending with the peaceful ambiance.

The curtains rustled, rising and falling with the cool wind. From outside, the quiet chirping of crickets added a soft rhythm, further enhancing the stillness of the evening.

The entire atmosphere had shifted. No more bickering, no more distractions—just warmth, tranquility, and an unspoken understanding.

"It would be great if this moment could last forever," Finn mused, his gaze lingering on the scenery outside.

Lowering his head slightly, he noticed both witches had closed their eyes, their breathing slow and peaceful.

Finally, silence.

With a small smile, he watched them for a moment longer. They were both powerful, fierce, and unstoppable in their own ways—but here, like this, they were just two exhausted souls, allowing themselves a rare moment of vulnerability.

Even Scarlet Witches needed rest.

And so, with the weight of the two witches pressing into him, Finn let his thoughts drift, the soft movie soundtrack playing in the background, while outside, the world continued to turn.
