'Hmm', Jin went over the mission details and bought the map.
He soon arrived at a location in the depths of the city. Even at this hour, this place was filled with life. Drunk men and women were a dime a dozen in this place.
The place was named Paradise Basin. In the morning, it's a place filled with food stalls, restaurants and markets, but at night, all the shuttered shops open up and it transforms into an area where both paradise and hell coincide.
A place filled with Clubs, Casinos, liquor shops and brothels. A place where men and women would enter to fulfil their lust and greed.
It was based on this that this place got its name.
Jin made his way through the crowds of people moving in the same direction as him or opposite from him. The crowd naturally lessened when he reached areas which were deemed more expensive than the regular public.
He stopped at the entrance of the building he needed to enter. It was a 7-storey building with a golden light being flashed on its walls to give an exquisite appearance.
"Dragons Club"
That was the name of the casino. It was also the headquarters of the Dragon Hound Gang.
He was thoroughly frisked at the entrance and only then was allowed to enter.
When Jin entered the building, he was welcomed with rows of slot machines. There were ten rows in front of him, and each row had about 5 machines.
The background music was unable to completely erase the continuous lever-pulling sound coming from these machines.
Surprise, irritation, anger and despair. That was the initial assessment of the expressions on the faces of the people Jin passed by. He soon made his way to the interior regions.
Here, a greater variety of games were being played, like Poker, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, etc.
Jin observed everything for a while before making his way towards the roulette table. He bet 10,000 Draks on black and won his first game, which invited quite a few cheers and scoffs.
Jin showed a happy grin and continued to place another bet. This time, double the amount and he bet it on black once again.
He lost.
"Hah! That's what you get for overestimating yourself." A man beside him scoffed and chuckled.
Many others also laughed at Jin's blunder, but Jin just showed them a smirk.
He bought chips worth 50,000 Draks the next moment and went all in on black once again.
'Crazy bastard,' They all thought once they witnessed this.
The roulette started moving, and as luck would have it, the ball rested on a black number.
"Fuck!" Many who wanted to see Jin lose exclaimed, but that was not enough.
"Let me make it more fun for you all," Jin grinned and took the 100,000 Draks he had by now and bet them all on Black once again.
While doing this, he winked at a young woman on the other side of the table who had been giving him glances all this time.
The woman, seeing this, sensually bit her lips and blushfully diverted her gaze to the roulette table.
"20,000 Draks on Odd." She placed her bet.
Soon, the roulette started moving again.
Everyone wanted to win, but alas, only a few would. Since Jin had the protagonist's luck with him, the ball naturally rested on the number 22, which was black.
A series of curses and exclamations rang among the surrounding crowd as Jin accepted his win in a tray full of chips and left.
However, he deliberately kept his pace slow and just as he had anticipated, the woman from earlier approached him and whined, "You're really good at this. I was trying to play it safe by betting on odd and even numbers, but still I lost 3 times out of 5."
"Haha, it's all about luck," Jin chuckled.
"Oh? Do you consider yourself very lucky?" She asked with a probing grin.
"Well, not always, but tonight it seems my lady luck is very high," Jin said and gave a self-explanatory smile as he looked into her eyes.
Embarrassed, the woman avoided Jin's eyes and shifted the topic by pointing at the small tray filled with chips. She asked, "So are you going to play other games now?"
"I was planning to have a drink and call it a day. How about you? Care to join me for a drink?" Jin asked.
"I'd love to," she said expectantly.
"The pleasure's all mine." Jin soon went to the counter, accompanied by the woman, to cash in the chips into his bank account.
When that was done, they went to the second floor, which has a bar in it and had a talk over drinks.
"William, you really know how to make my heart swirl," The woman said after downing two glasses and a third halfway complete.
"Gwen, it's not always that I meet a beautiful lady like you, so I'm trying my best," Jin smirked while playing with the glass in his hand.
"With you acting like this, I'm finding it difficult to hold my urges," Gwen said in a complaining tone.
"I've already booked a room. We can go after finishing this drink," Jin said as he gently grabbed her hand.
Gwen giggled at this gesture and said, "Something tells me that you'll make me remember tonight forever."
"Women's intuition is really accurate. That's what I'm planning to do," Jin smiled back and continued on with conversation for a few more minutes.
A while later he left for his hotel room on the upper floor along with Gwen.
When they entered the elevator and were finally alone, Gwen could not hold herself back and started kissing Jin fervently. The two bodies felt each other over their clothes and separated only when the elevator's door opened.
When they entered the room, Gwen jumped over the bed and with an anticipating expression, pointed her index finger towards Jin and curled it towards herself alluringly.
Their lips once again engaged with each other, and Jin's hand gently traced its way from her thighs to her stomach. It was now slowly making its way to her neck.
Each moment felt heavenly to Gwen as she felt like her whole body was melting from the intense heat of pleasure.
Jin's finger then reached her neck and pressed a pressure point, thereby making her unconscious the next second.
He gently placed her body on the bed, sat on the edge of the bed and opened up the system map.
He was on the 4th floor right now, and the target was on the 7th floor. If he wanted to go to the above floors, he needed to go through the elevator, which was only for staff.
On the map, it showed that outside the elevator's door, two guards were present.
'It's my first time doing this, but I think it will make my work a lot easier,' Jin thought as he glanced towards Gwen's unconscious figure.
