Chapter 24 - 24: A screenshot? How the hell was he supposed to pull that off??

To Isaac's surprise, AishaDoll's stream wasn't the top-ranked anymore. Curious, he clicked on the new number one—"Sasazaki Sharingan." The guy was only level 4, apparently a top-tier streamer from an overseas platform who had joined Celestia: The Eternal Realms just yesterday.

Isaac rolled his eyes. Level 4? There was nothing worth watching. He quickly backed out.

He clicked through a few more streams, but all the low-level gameplay just felt boring. With a sigh, he opened his watch history and found AishaDoll's stream again.

There were only about 200 viewers in her channel. When Isaac checked the stream time, it made sense—she'd just gone live, barely a minute ago.

He glanced at her level: 6. Okay, still watchable.

On screen, AishaDoll yawned as she fought mobs with her teammates.

"Ugh, I'm still tired. I slept for eight hours straight, and I'm still sleepy..."

"God, getting from level 6 to 7 takes 20,000 XP Orbs. No idea when I'll ever hit 10." She didn't seem to care much about her viewer count, more focused on complaining with a pout.

But as a streamer, she still had to interact with her viewers.

AishaDoll's style was relaxed and friendly. She chatted with viewers like they were friends, casual and approachable. Even with just 200 people in chat, she still kept things lively and engaging.

"If only I had a level 5 weapon... leveling would be so much faster."

"Oh! Did you guys see? LoneMadness dropped another Cragstone today—it's even $1000 cheaper than the first one!"

"Me? Of course I want to buy it. The stats are insane. But $4000 is still too expensive... I can't justify it."

She kept up the chatter while grinding monsters with her team.

"Oh, hold on! This is a level 6 Special Agile—might drop a Hyenaman Club!"

Luck seemed to be on her side. The mob actually dropped one.

Not only that—when they rolled for it, she went first and landed a perfect 100. The rest of her team practically faceplanted from despair.

"Damn, that's some luck," Isaac muttered. Maybe being good-looking really did come with bonus RNG.

"Yay! I got gear! My first drop ever!"

Streamers who relied heavily on beauty filters usually avoided laughing too hard. But AishaDoll didn't care—she threw her head back and laughed full-force, snorting and giggling without restraint.

And strangely, her charm didn't break—it only made her feel more genuine. More like the cute, lively girl next door.

"I'm so happy! Okay, since everyone in the party has a weapon now, I'm gonna give one away to a random viewer."

That sent the chat into a frenzy.

Most of the people watching her stream were probably still stuck in their starting village. Even though Aegis had added 400 starter zones to ease server load, they were still packed. Once you died, it was hard to get back out.

Watching streams had become the go-to activity for frustrated or curious players. Some were just too busy to play, others simply liked to watch.

But one thing was certain: a huge portion of her audience didn't even have a level 1 weapon.

AishaDoll's giveaway was a huge deal. And getting chosen by the goddess herself? That was the real prize.

"Pick me! I watch your stream every day!"

"I'm in your top 20 fans!"

"Do it now before the room fills up and the odds get worse!"

The platform had a built-in lottery tool. AishaDoll clicked the draw button.

The winner popped up on screen: "AnonymousUser55983."

Everyone froze.

Celestia: The Eternal Realms had a unified account system—your ID was the same across your character, forums, and stream account. There were no guest logins.

Players could choose to appear as anonymous, mostly for privacy. But hardly anyone actually used it. Being anonymous meant you weren't counted in fan rankings and came across as a freeloader.

AishaDoll blinked in surprise. Anonymous viewers were rare in her stream—and one just won the giveaway.

An anonymous winner. Chosen by the goddess. Cue the salt.

"Really? An anonymous user? Must be someone famous."

"Damn it, I'm ranked 18 and I didn't win. This is rigged!"

"He's not even saying thank you? No chat message? What a leech."

AishaDoll just smiled. "No worries. I said it would be random, and it is. I'm just happy you guys are here watching. Anonymous or not, it's totally fine! Hang on, I'll send them the gift."

Isaac stared at the screen in disbelief.

He'd actually won? A one-in-two-hundred shot? Was his luck turning... or getting worse?

A moment later, his private messages lit up.

"Hi! Could you send me your account ID so I can mail you the item?"

Isaac finally understood.

This wasn't a lucky break—it was a headache.

"Thanks, but I just clicked on your stream by accident. You should give the gear to one of your fans."

"No worries! Even random viewers count. Just give me your account ID."

"It's really okay. I don't need it."

"No, seriously, it's fine!"

Isaac was ready to bang his head on a wall. What was her deal?

"I have gear. Giving it to me would be a waste."

"But I already said it was a random giveaway... If I don't follow through, people might not believe me next time."

Jesus. Why did he even open the stream?

"If I say yes, what will it take for you to not send me the gear?"

AishaDoll was also losing it.

What kind of line was that? "What do I have to do for you to not give me a gift?" It sounded like "What do I have to do for you to stop liking me?"

Was the gift that terrible? People were dying for a weapon like this. Even if he had gear already, he could sell it for a clean $200–300, easy money.

This guy's reaction made zero sense.

But backing out wasn't an option either. She needed proof the prize had been delivered—preferably a screenshot for transparency. Trust was everything for a streamer.

"Please, just take it, okay? Help me out here. When you're in-game, just send me a screenshot for confirmation."

Isaac felt his soul leave his body.

A screenshot? How the hell was he supposed to pull that off?

He was literally a Special Sturdy Special Agile Special Robust Hyenaman holding a Worn Hyenaman Club, with Red Team looming behind him like bodyguards.

Any screenshot he sent would give viewers nightmares.

Please, somebody save me.
