Chapter 148: 148: Finishing Move!
---
With a growl of approval, he sat up, arms around her, holding her as their breaths collided again. The tent felt too small to hold the heat rising between them.
But Luna wouldn’t let him take over, not yet. She pushed him back with a gentle but firm palm to his chest.
"My turn," she reminded him, and he obeyed.
He lay back, watching her silhouette framed in the low glow of a storm pearl. His hands never stopped moving, along her waist, brushing her back, cupping her hips in rhythm with her rise and fall. Time to time playing with the chests.
Each motion drew a sigh. A moan. A promise. Kai was also making some sound, in satisfaction. She rode every sound he made like they were sacred.
Then, twenty minutes passed. The world blurred around the edges of heat and bliss. Kai could tell from the tremble in her hands, the way her body clung to his, that she was close to her limit. He saw the shimmer of tears at the corners of her eyes, not of pain, but of something deeper. Fulfillment. Vulnerability.
He reached up and cupped her face. "I love you, Luna" he said, as simple as sunrise.
Luna didn’t answer, not with words. But when her lips found his again, he tasted every syllable she couldn’t say.
And then she collapsed softly against him, her cheek pressed to his shoulder, her breaths shallow and sweet.
But Kai wasn’t done. Not yet.
He shifted beneath her, and before she could react, he rolled them over slowly and careful, laying her on her back. Then with a smooth motion, he stood up on his knees and pulled her hips to meet his meat.
Her eyes widened. "Kai?"
"This time," he said, fingers tightening around her waist, "I claim the moon."
He pressed forward.
Luna arched beneath him with a cry that melted into a moan. Her fingers dug into the mattress furs, then into the ground. She turned her face away, burying it into her cloak, breath coming out in ragged, helpless gasps.
"Kai... deeper," she begged.
He didn’t speak. He obeyed her request. And the storm outside rumbled in time with the one inside the tent.
His pace built gradually, each movement shaking the ground beneath them. His strength surged, careful but unrelenting. Luna’s voice rose with every impact, soft whimpers, broken pleas, and gasps that turned into shouts.
Flesh met flesh, soul met soul. The world narrowed to sound, sensation, and each other.
She Kept yelling, "Ohh! your meat reaches my belly. It hurts a lot, but I want more. Kai please, don’t stop. Push harder. Give me a baby."
For thirty minutes Kai pushed his meat inside Luna with all his might. Each time she begged him, he gave a extra push. Her butt cheeks become red with Kai thighs slamming on it. freēwēbηovel.c૦m
Finally, he finally reached his edge.
With one final thrust and a growl that sounded more beast than man, Kai leaned over her and let go. His breath shuddered. Luna trembled beneath him, eyes wide, as the warmth of their union settled deep within her.
Silence followed. Real silence. The storm had passed for a second.
Kai eased down beside her, pulling Luna into his arms as if nothing else in the world mattered. Her head rested on his chest, the beat of his heart like a slow drum beneath her cheek.
Neither of them spoke for several minutes. It was Luna who broke the quiet. Her fingers drew soft patterns across his chest. "Do you really think... will it work? That I will become a mother?"
Kai turned his head and kissed her forehead. "You will," he said with certainty. "You already are."
"But Miryam..." Her voice cracked slightly. "She still hasn’t spoken to me. Not once. I know she’s young. But it hurts. I want to be her mother too."
Kai wrapped his arms tighter around her. "She will come around, Luna. She bonded with me first, but that doesn’t mean she’ll stay closed forever. Every daughter needs a mother. She’s watching. Learning."
Luna sniffled. "You think so?"
Kai tilted her chin up gently and smiled. "I know so. And once there’s another little one..." He let the sentence hang. "It’ll help."
Luna’s eyes shimmered. She placed her hand over his heart. "Then we’d better make sure she has a playmate soon."
He chuckled. "We just started."
"Then we start again," she whispered, lips curling into a soft smile. "If it doesn’t work... if I am not pregnant. When we get back home, the first thing you must do is to make love with me."
Moments passed. The sky wept essence. The tent flap swayed once more.
Kai and Luna emerged from behind the black stone fangs where their personal shelter lay hidden. Luna’s cheeks were still faintly flushed, her white hair slightly tousled. Her cloak fell around her like moonlight rewrapped in silence. Kai followed, calm and composed, though his aura simmered with a deeper stillness, like a fire that had burned hot and now glowed embers beneath polished stone.
They walked slowly, hand in hand, not rushing back to the campfire ring. There was no need. The world felt quieter now. More whole.
As they approached the ledge again, Skyweaver, perched above the alcove with her wings drawn close, turned her head slightly. No questions were asked. Shadeclaw rose from his crouch position with a glance toward the shadows they’d emerged from. His chitin jaw curled faintly in what might have been a smirk.
Miryam remained with Tunnel Crown and Heart Mason, fast asleep in her sling-cradle. She stirred once when Luna passed, then settled again with a soft chirp, as if sensing warmth returned.
Kai leaned over and gave the wyrmling’s head a light stroke before taking position beside Shadeclaw near the ledge.
That was when the shout came. It echoed across the basin, harsh and unfiltered. A voice, full of panic or pain, tearing through the silver mist. The sound bounced from cliff to cliff before being silenced abruptly by the sharp snap of unleashed combat aura.
