Chapter 605: Chapter 603: MAKING MORE PELLETS

Diamond had a smile on her face as she drove back home.

The date with Dewei was pretty good, and it’s been a long time since she spent so much time with a female except her mother, Garnet and Ruby.

Her friends, she barely spent time with them. Of course, it wasn’t anyone’s fault. After all, they were all busy people. Having too much time to waste wasn’t in their dictionaries.

However, through her birthday party and this date, she realized that even if the schedule was tight, she should spare a day or a few hours to have fun.

She was getting older with each passing second. One day, she would become a mother. And once that happens, all the time and energy would be focused on the children. The time she missed and didn’t get to play and enjoy would be all gone.

She didn’t want to miss that.

So, she decided that she was going to create a new schedule and hopefully follow it.

When she arrived home, her mother was cooking with Auntie Janet in the kitchen whilst her father was watching the news. Men and news alongside sports were best friends. freeweɓnovel.cѳm

"Good evening!" she greeted cheerfully when she entered the house.

"Hey, darling!" her mother called out from the kitchen.

"Good evening, First Miss!" Auntie Janet responded.

"Um, you are back?" her father asked with a smile as he looked at her with that fatherly aura she always loved.

She grinned at him as she nodded. "Yep. I am back. How was your day?"

"The day was fine. Rested well enough," Pa Perry responded with a smile.

The father and daughter chatted briefly before Diamond made her way upstairs.

When she was changing her clothes, there was a knock, and it was Garnet.

She had brought the ingredients she asked for. Diamond transferred them from the storage bag to the storage ring.

Garnet had purchased quite a lot, which was a lifesaver. At least after concocting the needed pellets, she won’t be doing the job for a long time.

Diamond didn’t start concocting the pellets once she received the ingredients but had dinner with the family first, watched some TV and shared the interesting things that happened during the day.

When it was around 9 pm, she finally bid the family goodnight and left them in the living room, still watching TV.

Back in her room, she changed her casual clothes and wore overalls before vanishing into the Golden Space.

Inside the Space, she ignored the space fairy who appeared from nowhere and took out all the ingredients including the herbs she harvested from the farm.

With everything in place, she took out the cauldron and placed it in front of her.

The Space fairy watched with interest as Diamond, her current mistress, used that special cauldron which many people in that place would kill generations for, to make tea pellets.

If they knew such a treasure was being used like this, wouldn’t their intestines turn green?

Anyway, it was still fun to see it this way. At least, when she was serious, she looked much prettier.

Diamond didn’t know what the fairy was thinking about. When everything was ready, she summoned her alchemy fire and the process began.

The fairy watched with earnest, as Diamond skillfully added ingredient after ingredient. She didn’t make any mistakes, and she looked very serious.

She looked nothing like the times when she was joking and fooling around.

Seeing that approval flashed across her eyes, and she found her more pleasing to the eyes as well.

Diamond didn’t know how much time passed in the Golden Space. All she knew was that all the pills needed to be concocted before she got back to the real world.

She won’t be having too much luxury time to concoct every day.

In just a month, daily sales were recorded at an average of five hundred cups per café and that was for the two smallest cafes. The bigger one, she was simply amazed when she saw that in a day, sales could surpass one thousand cups.

Every single day, at least two thousand pellets were being consumed. Previously, while estimating daily sales of three hundred cups per day and not putting into mind that there would be three cafes to speak of. She concocted nearly two hundred thousand pills, planning ahead for a year.

And yet, in just a month, the inventory of the pellets reduced by a third already. And the popularity of the tea was getting higher each day.

Garnet was working on opening a fourth café already, which meant that more pellets would be needed.

This time, she would need to concoct more pellets. As for whether they would last for a year, that would be something that she would need to see as time passes.

Diamond worked continuously and when she felt like getting weak, she would replenish her energy with the lake water.

She didn’t know how much time she spent on concocting, but all she knew was that by the time she was done making all pellets; she had achieved another breakthrough.

She could now concoct a high-grade pill which could be sold for a wonderful price. She didn’t forget that the alchemy badge gave her the right to trade with the country’s army.

She wanted to concoct something worthy of a grandmaster.

Counting the number of pellets, she had concocted, Diamond felt proud of herself, seeing that she had quadrupled the number of pellets previously.

With at most eight hundred thousand pellets at hand, she wouldn’t need to concoct more pellets in like six months, if the daily sales average four thousand pellets combining four cafes.

With the job done, she stored all the pellets in the storage ring and decided to give them to Garnet first thing tomorrow.

She took a refreshing bath inside the space, before exiting for some well-needed rest in her room.

She had done her utmost best, so a reward was a must.

Just like how others, especially employees, get motivated by rewards, be it financial, emotional or just praise, she was like that as well.

Whenever she achieves something, she celebrates it in whatever way she finds necessary.

Even if that means giving away some money. What mattered was to be happy and feel accomplished at the end of the day.
