Sorcerer Supreme at Hogwarts (English Versión)-Chapter 147
Chapter 147 - 147
Ron, Hermione, and Harry walked through the forest of Flamel Island, eagerly exploring. Stephen's idea was to create a genuine magical village. Of course, he had to expand the island many times over, making sure no one would feel cramped. Maybe, in the end, the island would become a place of rest and relaxation, something like a summer retreat for many.
"This place is amazing. We've got a beach, a small park, and even a training area!" Ron said excitedly, looking around with eyes gleaming with excitement. His family was building a house on the island, and now he'd be Harry's neighbor, which made him incredibly happy.
"Well, Stephen took this whole island-building thing very seriously," Harry commented with a smile, just as happy to know his friends would be living nearby. Literally, if he wanted to see them, he'd only have to walk a few minutes. Well, a few minutes because the other residents didn't want to disturb the Flamel family, so they chose plots further away from the mansion. Since the island was so big, everyone ended up settling in the outskirts, quite far from each other.
Hermione carefully observed the landscape, admiring the contrast between the wild nature and the areas under construction. Suddenly, something caught her attention.
"By the way, Harry, what are those towers?" she asked, pointing at the six structures rising in different directions around the island. The tall, imposing, and elegant constructions seemed to hold some kind of ancient power.
"I didn't fully understand how they work, but Stephen said they're some sort of protective barrier for the island. Kind of like the island existing in another reality, or a different plane, but still connected to ours. Oh, and let me tell you a secret..." Harry lowered his voice as if afraid someone else might hear. "Each of those towers cost over 10,000 Galleons."
"10,000 Galleons for each one!?" Ron exclaimed, absolutely stunned by the amount of money spent.
"Actually, there are twelve smaller towers... but those are buried," Harry added, leaving his friends speechless.
"What's the point of having buried towers?" Ron asked, scratching his head as he looked around as if hoping to find some logical explanation in the air.
"I think it's part of the protection system," Hermione responded, her usual academic curiosity surfacing. "If the island is separated from the normal world, it makes sense to secure it from all angles, even underground."
Harry nodded, although he clearly didn't fully understand the technical details.
"That's what Stephen said. And he also mentioned those towers can move the island if an emergency occurs. Basically, the island can teleport to a safe place."
"That's incredible!" Ron exclaimed, amazed by everything that system implied.
Hermione, however, looked thoughtful.
"Yeah... although I wonder why Stephen feels the need to go through so much effort for security," she murmured, gazing worriedly at the towers rising in the distance.
"Do you really think all this is just a precaution?" Harry asked, picking up on his friend's concern.
Hermione shook her head.
"I don't know... But Stephen has always been very protective of those he cares about. Especially after everything that happened." The three friends shared an uncomfortable silence, remembering the recent harsh battle and the danger that still loomed over the magical world.
Harry took a deep breath, determined to change the subject.
"Well, at least the island is turning out incredible. Want me to show you the training area? Stephen mentioned it would be ready today."
"Of course!" Ron said excitedly, momentarily forgetting his worries.
When they arrived, they found a massive open area filled with all kinds of training tools: from weights and resistance equipment to a sophisticated-looking shooting range. Beside it, a broad magical testing zone seemed designed to withstand powerful spells.
"Wow! This is awesome," Ron muttered, observing a series of targets moving on their own.
"Before, the training area was in an expanded room inside the mansion," Harry explained. "But thanks to Tony, Loki, and Wanda testing their stuff there, they made so much noise that they sometimes broke the walls. In the end, Perennelle kicked them out of the mansion, and they built this area outside."
Hermione let out a light laugh, imagining the chaos those three must have caused.
Suddenly, her eyes widened in surprise.
"Is that Natasha?" Hermione asked, recognizing an agile and precise figure moving across the shooting range. The dummies appeared and disappeared at great speed as Natasha fired, never missing a single shot.
"Hey... those bullets aren't going to fly out and hit someone outside, right?" Ron asked, a bit uneasy.
"Don't worry. There's an invisible barrier preventing that. We can get closer," Harry replied with a reassuring smile.
Natasha, after finishing off the last dummy, put away her weapon and grabbed a towel to wipe off her sweat.
"Natasha!" Hermione exclaimed with excitement, approaching the woman with a beaming smile.
"Oh, you're here? Are you looking to use the shooting range?" Natasha asked, raising an eyebrow curiously.
"No, we were just exploring. I was showing them around," Harry quickly replied.
Suddenly, a letter fell from the sky and landed at Natasha's feet. Everyone looked at it in surprise.
"That's a Howler!" Ron said, feeling a chill as he remembered some traumatic school memories.
Before anyone could react, the string of the letter ignited and it opened with a sudden burst, releasing a deafening scream that pierced their ears. Without hesitation, Natasha shot it, destroying the letter before the scream could continue.
"What was that?!" Ron groaned, covering his ears, which were still ringing.
"It was like a Mandrake..." Hermione murmured, her expression worried. "But its scream is deadly. How can a Howler transmit something like that?"
"It doesn't transmit the ability, just the sound. It's a threat," Natasha said, her gaze hardening. "I have to go."
Without giving further explanations, she left hastily, leaving the others confused.
"Who would use a Mandrake's scream as a threat?" Harry asked, trying to process what had just happened.
"I think I read in some ancient book that, in the past, noble families used that method to declare war," Hermione explained, clearly troubled.
"That was abandoned centuries ago..." Ron murmured.
Then, the massive towers began to glow intensely, activating a magical shield around the island that made it disappear from sight, both magical and non-magical.
"Looks like they finished building the barrier," Harry commented, feeling slightly more at ease.
"Though a bit late... That owl still managed to get through," Ron murmured, rubbing his aching ears.
"Don't worry," Hermione said. "Natasha is strong, and she has Stephen and his brothers to support her."
Harry nodded, trying to relax. The three of them continued exploring the island, passing by construction sites where houses were taking shape thanks to the help of goblins and elves.
"Guys! You're just in time," said Arthur Weasley, waving at them. "We could use a hand if we want to finish this in two days."
"Of course, Mr. Weasley. How can we help?" asked Harry enthusiastically, approaching the construction site.
Arthur smiled gratefully as he dusted off his hands. Around him, several wooden beams were levitating in the air as Fred and George guided them with their wands toward the structure being built. Bill and Charlie were securing the foundations with reinforcement spells. Ginny, meanwhile, was making sure everything was properly leveled.
"You could help us place these walls in position. We've got them ready, but we need someone to keep them steady while we secure them."
"That sounds easy!" said Ron, raising his wand with confidence.
Harry and Hermione did the same, and soon, the three walls were carefully lifted into the air. The coordination among the young wizards was admirable, moving the structures with precision while Arthur cast the necessary spells to fix them in place.
"Great job, kids," Arthur praised them with genuine enthusiasm. "This is going to turn out amazing. Molly will be delighted to know we made so much progress today."
"This place is really looking incredible," commented Hermione, admiring the blend of magic and physical effort displayed before her eyes. The bustling sounds of construction mingled with laughter and friendly orders.
"Yeah, it's impressive to see everyone working together to build something so... authentic," added Harry with a nostalgic smile. "I guess this is what Stephen wanted, a place where we could all live peacefully."
"And we're making it happen," affirmed Ron proudly, watching his family work with enthusiasm.
Laughter and camaraderie filled the air. For a moment, the worries about the letter and its implications seemed like a distant bad dream.

Attention! A villain emerges and puts Natasha in danger. What do you think, how will the story continue? Do you have any exciting ideas to contribute? I'm determined to make these solo Chapters unforgettable, so I can adjust and improve based on what you suggest.
For now, I'm considering it to be an enemy from her past, someone carrying an emotional burden and, why not, a secret Natasha would rather bury. And of course, a Chapter like this wouldn't be complete without a loyal companion by her side, right? That emotional connection always adds a special touch.
I hope you enjoyed this Chapter, and I look forward to reading your ideas and suggestions. Let's make this story epic!
