Ruby and Juan combined their strength, clashing against Marvelous Woman, a superhero from another Timeline where Earth was filled with superpowered people from the beginning, a chaotic world where hundreds of superpowered beings reigned as both heroes and villains.
And among them all, those that stood above the rest were the Justice Alliance, a group of Elite Superheroes that sought to stop villains from causing even more chaos. Within this massive alliance of superheroes, there were those that stood at the top.
Galaxy Man, Marvelous Woman, Wingspeed, Green Jade, Nightman, Martian Man, and a few others.
Marvelous Woman was among the strongest of them all, her strength and durability only second to Galaxy Man, an alien that landed on that planet many years ago as an infant.
Meanwhile, Marvelous Woman’s origins, despite not belonging to Galaxy Man’s race of superpowered gods, were also a descendant of a god from Earth.
Specifically, her tribe of Amazonians descended from Ares, God of War!
Indeed, among the weird things about this planet was the existence of several of the Gods of Mythologies of ancient times.
Many Greek Gods, Titans, and Beasts of tales of old existed one way or another or had long ago perished, not without leaving behind offspring and descendants carrying their divine bloodline.
Marvelous Woman, as the descendant of Ares and the one born with the strongest divine power coursing through her mortal vessel, was trained by her mother from a young age to defeat evil and enact judgment on those that tormented innocents.
Therefore, before Ruby and Juan, despite how strong they had grown, her strength seemed boundless. The Gods from this Parallel Earth were completely different in origin and powers than those from the Tower.
“For how long will you be able to hold on? Continue struggling, or this battle won’t be worth my time and effort!”
Marvelous Woman roared, her blue eyes shining bright red out of nowhere, as her Red Aura of War, a power inherited from her ancestor, overflowed through her body, combining with the Divine Primal Power of the Saurian Primal God possessing her.
She kicked the empty air, charging with her shield, a copy of Aegis, the shield of Zeus, God of Thunder. Juan rapidly put all weapons in front of him and attacked, unleashing an onslaught of attacks against her.
CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!
And yet…
CLAAANK!
Her shield pushed through all techniques at once, smashing Juan’s chest and then her fist punching his face down, as he fell from the skies like a fly.
BAAAM!
“Ugh?!”
“JUAN!”
Ruby rushed to his aid, only for Marvelous Woman to catch up to her, grabbing her by her long hair and dragging her back to her.
“Why do you worry about that weakling?! Fight me like a true warrior!”
She began punching and kicking Ruby without letting go of her hair; Ruby groaned in pain, vomiting blood and being covered with wounds.
“Uuuggghhh!”
With frustration in her voice, Ruby’s powers surged completely, resembling an endless mass of black flames, erupting from her body and exploding in front of Marvelous Woman’s face.
“{Abyssal Soul Burst}!”
BOOOMMM!!!
“Ungh?!”
Marvelous Woman felt that the pain was there; she was sent flying away as she shook off the smoke covering her body, noticing her body burning with black flames.
“Hmph!”
However, she released her own inner energies, clearing all the flames with her own aura, and then rushed back to Ruby.

But something had changed about the girl; her aura was distorting space around her, and her Doppelcat was nowhere to be seen.
“You asked for it, bitch.”
Her chest suddenly revealed a single red eye opening, as her small black horns became red and black this time, with golden tips, growing thrice their original size.
A pair of bat-like wings sprouted from her shoulders, and she gained a long, pointy demonic tail as well!
“A demon?! So is that the secret of your power? I’ll vanquish you!”
Ruby wasn’t exactly a demon, but her powerful Physique had demon-like traits, as Bing Xue found out. Her sister was most compatible with the Demon Element, and used Demonic Soul Crystals for her Physique, after talking it out with Ruby.
She wasn’t a demon and held none of their weaknesses but had their potential and their explosive power and could grow stronger in a pinch through desperation, an ability most demons possessed innately.

“{Abyssal Demon Heart Awakening}”
Her Martial Core had evolved into a Demon Core hybrid through her cultivation, and Ruby spent a lot of time talking and training with other demons, such as Belze and the other Demons from the Demonic Library where they were sealed.
She learned their ways of fighting, how to wield Demonic Energy, and even several of their spells!
Wielding both of her blazing katanas, Ruby clashed against Marvelous Woman, explosions of crimson and black flames erupting as golden divinity emerged from the superheroine’s sword and shield.
CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!
“She has become faster and stronger out of nowhere?!”
Marvelous Woman instantly noticed that Ruby had suddenly become at least ten times stronger out of nowhere, pushing her back constantly as she unleashed a never-ending rampage of blazing blows.
And within her, she also felt another living being possessing her, the Doppelcat that always helped her out, had merged into her body, inhabiting her Martial Core/Demonic Core, infusing her with its demonic powers.
“[Space Tearing Black Star Swordsmanship]: {Hollow Slash}!”
With both of her blazing katanas, Ruby unleashed a dual barrage of attacks, as waves of cutting energy reached Marvelous Woman, piercing through her skin and clothes; only her shield and sword resisted the attacks, but her body was rapidly covered with large slashing wounds and bleeding bruises.
“Pretty strong, I admit.”
The amazoness rushed forward, reaching Ruby within an instant; their swords clashed. The much larger blade of the superheroine pushed back Ruby’s two smaller katanas, as a shockwave of divinity hit Ruby like a truck.
CLAAASH!
“However, you’ll require more than that!”
Marvelous Woman smiled as her wounds slowly began healing through her Divine Primal Power; Ruby didn’t let her rest, though; her Aura exploded into dozens of giant swords made of black flames, surrounding Marvelous Woman and beginning to attack her from every angle.
““[Space Tearing Black Star Swordsmanship]: {Abyssal Sword Rain}!”
Ruby kept constantly conjuring and summoning more and more of these swords, attacking Marvelous Woman endlessly.
“Nnnggghh…!”
The descendants of Ares groaned angrily, gritting her teeth as she constantly punched, kicked, slashed, and protected against the projectiles coming from every angle.
“Damn it! She’s still super strong; I can at least hold her here while….!”
As Ruby thought that a shining light emerged from the skies, descending like a falling star and hitting Marvelous Woman at full power, as two sharp spears pierced her shoulders.
CLAAASH! CLAAASH!
“NNGGH?! Another female warrior!”
Marvelous Woman smiled as she glanced at her wounds bleeding, becoming more and more obsessed with bloodshed and war, giving up to her inner desires for battle and war unlike her true persona, all because of the influence of the being possessing her.

“T-They’re stuck?!” Elena wondered, gasping in disbelief. “I wasn’t even able to reach the bone! Just how strong are her muscles?! Is she like Katherine’s wives, Mursha and Fiery Hair?”
Elena recalled her daughter’s wives, Mursha the Orc Warrioress and Fiery Hair the Primal Huntress. Both of them had immense musculature and gigantic bodies, their muscles tougher than any armor, hence they usually didn’t wear any.
She had once sparred with both; even when she hit their bodies at full force, it was completely impossible for her spears to even pierce through their steel-like skin.
“No, those two girls are monsters, but I was able to pierce through this wannabe heroine!”
“Having a hard time taking out your weapons? Here, let me alleviate you!”
Marvelous Woman smiled viciously, infusing divinity into her fists and punching Elena’s entire body with her massive fists, throwing her away.

Elena didn’t bleed, though she felt her bones almost breaking. If it hadn’t been because she had used her Physique to turn into a metallic woman, she would’ve surely been torn to shreds right there.

Marvelous Woman looked at her fists, covered by blood and bruises; the metal she smashed was almost as tough as her own weapons, if not slightly weaker and more moldable. Perhaps that’s why it was also able to take on this more easily, adjusting to the force of the blows.
“Not Steel, Silver, Bronze, or Gold. Those metals can be torn easily by my hands… Her skin is some sort of magical metal… Mithril, perhaps?” Wondered Marvelous Woman, smiling as she grabbed the two spears in her shoulders. “No matter!”
She smiled viciously, taking out both spears from her shoulders as blood splattered out of the large holes; her muscles looked visibly torn apart, but her bone, which was slightly visible, wasn’t affected. She moved her shoulders around like nothing, letting the blood come out in large fountains.
It was already clear to Ruby and Elena that this woman didn’t feel any kind of pain; something within her had also made her go completely crazy and evil, as Katherine had said. Marvelous Woman was not an evil person.
“Good weapons; you can have them back!”
