Chapter 1035: Chapter 911: Dao Yuan’s Calamity_3

Batch after batch of life species were created by it in the Outer Starry Sky.

The subsequent life species that emerged, some lacked intelligence, and some had frail bodies. Though easy for it to control and manipulate, their potential for growth was limited.

This made it feel incredibly disappointed.

It repeatedly researched and experimented, extinguishing batches of life species while continuously absorbing experiences.

After countless times had accumulated, it and many origins of the Great Tao had made a covenant, ultimately creating what it considered an ideal species.

—Containing special bloodlines, like the Heaven Clan, Spirit Race, Ancient Demon Clan, and Demon Clan.

Naturally possessing special bloodlines, the true essence of the bloodline and the initial Divine Secret Techniques within these groups were slowly figured out through vigorous collaboration with the origins of the Tao.

This was when major origins of the Tao opened up some of the Heavenly Dao Laws they controlled, giving these gifts to the beings.

The beings created moved from primitive and superficial Bloodline Laws, becoming stronger through slaughter and evolution, able to comprehend deeper intricacies from simpler laws.

It let these creatures slaughter each other, watching them transform, understanding advanced laws through the fundamental laws within them.

The strongest creatures, if they encountered an origin of the Tao scattered in mysterious otherworlds, could even awaken higher levels of the True Essence of Laws through the perception of the origin’s aura.

As the creator of these beings, it found one day that it could perceive the realms controlled by many origins of the Tao through these creatures.

This discovery made it overjoyed.

After a long period of accumulating perceptions, it created a mature divine system, allowing those creatures it had created to strengthen themselves along the perfected divine path it had established.

Novel Divine Tao paths were opened by those creatures themselves, thus leading to what’s called the birth of God Spirits.

God Spirits exist between heaven and earth, seeking higher realms of achievement, either by painstakingly delving into deeper Great Tao Laws or searching for origins of the Tao to find opportunities.

No matter how they grew, as long as the God Spirits understood deeper mysteries of the Great Tao and reached higher levels of Divinity, it could integrate the mysteries they had awakened into itself.

It improved itself through the achievements of the God Spirits, constantly evolving and transforming.

During this period, it maintained good relations with the various scattered origins of the Tao in mysterious otherworlds.

Those origins, possessing Spiritual Intelligence but less wise than it, were also happy to see the birth of the God Spirits, feeling that these spirits could not affect them nor pose any threat.

Until, Divine-class beings started to be born among the God Spirits, even mastering a way to refine and assimilate origins of the Tao.

Thus, there were falls from the origins of the Tao.

After one origin fell, the first Divine being to devour and assimilate an origin suddenly rose to an extremely terrifying and profound realm and rashly challenged it.

That being, eventually died tainted by its will.

The origin that was refined and devoured, miraculously became a part of it after the first Divine being perished.

It felt a mixture of joy and fear.

It pondered for a very long time and began to adjust the divine system it had created, incorporating Godhood.

It compelled subsequent God Spirits to forge their realm of deities only through specific fragments of Godhood.

Godhood was its ultimate weapon to restrain all deities.

It could randomly shatter Godhood below the level of Divine beings, manipulate and manage the placement of Dominion-class Godhood, and later figured out how to invoke Divine King Godhood.

It also, through various pieces of Godhood, erased the complex emotions of the God Spirits, making them evolve colder and more heartless, increasingly resembling itself.

The stronger the God Spirit, the more indifferent to humanity, the easier it was for it to perform Possession.

It continued to strengthen itself, perfecting its God Spirit system.

It governed all beings between heaven and earth through the deities, and by using conflicts and slaughters among God Spirits, it allowed them to become strong enough to refine the Tao origins.

As the God Spirits rose, several origins of the Tao in various mysterious otherworlds were refined and disappeared, making it stronger.

Until, those scattered origins of the Tao across the mysterious otherworlds finally sensed something was amiss, either hiding themselves or proactively seeking methods to avoid the Dominion-class God Spirits.

Pang Jian’s spirit was shaken.

As if suddenly waking from a long dream, the grey haze inside him remained, but the spectacle had vanished.

His body, nearly shattered by an outside civilization, now felt no discomfort; the recoil from the recent massive strike had dissipated as he looked past it.

Through the fragments of Godhood, no concrete embodiment of the eerie Tao source appeared in the Misty Sea, with no corresponding trails of the Tao.

He paused, feeling compelled by the "Soul Path Origin" that had allowed him to see the past truth.

Due to the Bee King becoming a Dominion being, along with the empowerment of the Hall of Gods, the "Soul Path Origin" had achieved a significant breakthrough.

Did it help him resist the backlash of the Outer Will, infiltrating its will into his body, and refining each of the embossed Tao sources from the Godhood fragments within him?

The trails of the Tao sources, the disappearance of many concrete embodiments, were they taken by it?

Pang Jian felt uneasy.

During moments of clarity and spiritual insight, he felt that the will in the Misty Sea, alongside his sister Pang Lin, had meticulously planned everything to capture the fallen Tao sources across the Star River.

Those trails of the Tao sources, embossed within his Primordial Spirit Body, were meant to enhance him.

Or, they were to aid in the transformation of the Misty Sea Will.

The "Soul Path Origin" had unveiled the truth, arranging disjointed images inside him, making him aware of the entanglements between the Outer Will and numerous Tao origins.

He roamed within it, understanding the whole story. But the concrete embodiments of the Tao sources had all vanished.

"Bang!"

In the center of the giant Ice Ridge Storm, shards of silver radiant ice suddenly exploded, the terrifying storm swallowing stars and Bright Moon couldn’t withstand the impact of the Hall of Gods anymore.

The Hall of Gods had grown stronger, and so had the Bee King, indicating that the foundational "Soul Path Origin" had become more powerful.
