Each of these tribes thinks to unite the Southern Great Steppe or create a kingdom for themselves.

The idea is already there. You could kill a man. You could kill his tribe. But you could not kill an idea

So, even by some freak accident he manage to kill Aeryon or any of these leaders, it would not stop this wheel that has been set into motion

All he could do now is to delay it. If his plan works, it very well could delay the unification process in here, that it would give enough time for his tribe to either think of a way to compete or to seek a ruler that is wise so that their tribe could survive.

Zamukha is wise when he saw the circumstances is stronger than his will.

If after doing all he could and he still could not see the way out, then the only thing he could do is to find a way out for his tribe.

He would call upon the tribes of the north to gather and appoint a temporary alliance leader and attack the south

Vihur chief then decided to stay the course.

He wanted to meet the Brolgadhr chief, see him with his own eyes, assess this hero of the Steppe.

He got news the chief is staying in Wustkazan settlements as he is organizing the army

He was about to go there with his entourage when he suddenly ordered his men to return to the north.

The decision come as a shock but the warriors obeys and they return to the north

It is only after they are in the north, the reason for this sudden departure is explained.

The Chief of Vihur tribe falls sick!
