With Barbager staying with them, they could use this just cause to attack Utgard and could even convince other tribe to help them because of this just cause

A just cause are sometimes not useful at all. But sometime, if you know how to use it, it is a very sharp weapon that could be used to stab the enemy.

And the Dayan tribe surely wanted to capitalize on this

The Dayan tribe has many objective since the moment Aeryon started conquering all the tribes of the Southern Great Steppe

They also have the desire to expand and also have the desire to compete.

They just wanted to wait for the right moment.
