The group of girls gave Lin Mu a lot of face, immediately revealing smiles. If it were usual times, the girls would secretly cast disdainful glances at him, but now they were instead happily beaming. Maybe they were just too excited; after all, it had been a long time since they last saw this guy, and they truly missed him.

"Oh, Brother Lin is back!" the girls exclaimed in unison, then gathered around Lin Mu.

Lin Mu was quite pleased with this scene, and with a mischievous smile, he asked, "So? Did you miss me?"

"Of course we did." Xiong Xiaoxiao was the most forthcoming, answering actively first. The other girls were a bit older than Xiong Xiaoxiao, more mature, so they appeared more shy, unlike Xiong Xiaoxiao who was innocent and spoke her mind freely.

"Oh, Xiaoxiao is still the best! Come, let me give you a kiss." Lin Mu smiled mischievously and leaned forward to kiss Xiong Xiaoxiao’s little lips.

Reacting quickly, Xiong Xiaoxiao dodged and giggled, "Hmph, I’m not letting you kiss me. Kiss Sister Manlin, Sister Xiaoxun, Sister Yuyi, or Sister Yihui instead."

"What a naughty girl!" The beautiful women all jokingly attacked Xiong Xiaoxiao for her betrayal.

"Alright then, ladies, how about I give each of you a kiss?" Lin Mu said, moving on to kiss Qi Manlin one by one, regardless of whether they agreed or not.

The girls playfully dodged and then gave Lin Mu’s big mouth a few playful punches.

"Brother Lin, have you eaten?" Zhou Xun asked, showing evident consideration.

"Not yet. Don’t mention it, after sitting on a plane for several hours, I’m actually really hungry." Lin Mu said, rubbing his stomach.

"We haven’t cooked yet either. How about we go out to eat together?" Zhou Xun suggested.

Lin Mu had no objections, taking five girls out for a meal was undoubtedly an impressive feat. And with beauty of different types, it was likely to stir up envy and jealousy from many onlookers.

Of course, Lin Mu was immune to such jealousy; the more of those looks, the more capable he seemed.

"Let’s go, I’ll take you to eat something delicious!" Lin Mu waved his hand and said.

"Let’s go, dinner time!" Xiong Xiaoxiao danced about with joy, clearly the most lively one in the group.

Lin Mu took the girls to the Lin Family Mansion. Last few days, Xia Yuyi had bought a new long BMW. With a total of six people, luckily the girls were slim enough that squeezing in wasn’t an issue.

Lin Mu drove to a characteristic hotel in the city, booked a private room. It seemed the girls were ready to really make Lin Mu spend, ordering a table full of gourmet food—flying in the sky, running on the ground, swimming in the water, with wings, two legs, three legs, four legs, and legless, it was all there.

After ordering, Lin Mu also requested a few bottles of red wine, and the girls began to drink heartily. Even Zhou Xun, who usually didn’t drink much, made an exception and drank quite a bit, including the Chief Police Officer, who for once didn’t roll her eyes or act petulantly. With his decision made, Lin Mu sped back to the Lin Family Mansion. After getting out of the car, the ladies said their hellos before heading back to their rooms. Zhou Xun walked at the end, and after the ladies entered, Zhou Xun opened the door. As she walked inside, Lin Mu smoothly slipped in.

"Brother Lin? You..." Zhou Xun turned back to look at Lin Mu; possibly due to the wine, her cheeks were slightly flushed, and her watery eyes appeared particularly bright.

Lin Mu looked at Zhou Xun, reached over and embraced her slim waist, "Xiaoxun, have you missed me these days?"

Zhou Xun nodded affectionately, "Of course... I have..."

Quickly, Lin Mu leaned in and kissed Zhou Xun passionately, Zhou Xun wrapped her arms around Lin Mu’s neck, responding intensely. It was evident Zhou Xun cared greatly for and missed Lin Mu.

Reading the text, Lin Mu swiftly replied with a few words, then pocketed the phone. Seeing Zhou Xun had fallen into a deep sleep, he gently covered her with the quilt and snuck out of her room wearing only his boxers.

Leaving the room, Lin Mu headed straight for Chief Police Officer Qi Manlin’s room. She was lounging lazily on her bed, clad in a cute bear pajama set, looking extra adorable! Seeing Lin Mu sneaking in, she glanced disdainfully and snarked, "You’re quite quick, you beast."
