Summer Shawcross’s question made Sherry pause, her face just as dark, with an expression that suddenly froze.

She instinctively diverted her gaze, avoiding eye contact with Summer Shawcross.

"Although the boss let me manage Silvanus Manor, I’m ultimately just someone who handles things and don’t know everything." She laughed awkwardly and then said.

Hearing Sherry say this, Summer’s expression showed a bit of disappointment.

She originally thought Sherry should know something, after all, Noah Drexler entrusted the entire Silvanus Manor to her, he should have trusted her quite a bit.

But unexpectedly, she didn’t know either.

However, Summer had thought carefully, believing her previous reasoning wasn’t wrong.

"What is Autumn calling you for?"

"Don’t overthink it, I’ll leave first, wait two minutes after I’ve left to go back." Sherry softly advised her.

Just as Summer was about to say something more, Sherry suddenly interrupted her.

"Just take care of the boss. After all, I’m the Sherry of Silvanus Manor. Things won’t best me at The Drexler Family!"

Sherry spoke confidently, then opened the door and left.

Summer instinctively wanted to follow but knowing she was in The Drexler Family, she held herself back.

Two minutes later, she left the small room.

From the servants’ dormitory back to The Drexler Family’s large villa, she had to walk a long, winding path.

Summer walked on the path absentmindedly, partly because she suspected Sean Morgan was poisoned, and partly because she wanted to stay by Noah Drexler’s side, causing Sherry trouble, which made her feel guilty.

Just as she was lost in thought, a few strange noises suddenly came from the shade of trees above.

Summer was startled by the noise and saw a grayish-brown ball suddenly drop down, landing directly at her feet.

She instinctively stepped back.

The ball on the ground suddenly struggled, with a pair of large wings flapping on the ground.
