Carnivals: Claimed By The Deranged Alpha Prince [BL]-Chapter 277: Danger Zone 2
Chapter 277: Danger Zone 2
3rd person’s pov
When Blaze’s stone fist connected with his father’s face, his father was stunned by the pain and he ended up staggering from the force of the punch. He attempted to say something but Blaze grasped the man’s shirt and jerked him forward to deliver another punch into the side of his face. When he let go, his father collapsed on the ground while blood oozed from his nose. Blaze was snarling as he dropped to his knees and began to rain punches over his father’s face, seeing nothing but red rage behind his eyes
"Why. Can’t. You. Leave. My. Mate. And. I. The. Fuck. Alone?!" Blaze kept demanding after each punch while his father groaned underneath him, kicking his legs out and trying to push his son away.
Blaze was so lost in hurting his father that he forgot to watch his back, which was why he didn’t realize when his mate’s father began to approach him till an invisible force was suddenly gripping his neck and choking him so sharply that his sight whitened out. He coughed and tried getting the hold of his throat but the force only increased.
His fatgery was able to kick his son off his body and Blaze writhed on the floor, struggling to breathe.
"You bastard!" His father cried out, while blood dripped from every corner of his ruined face. Blaze bared his teeth despite choking. freewebnσvel.cѳm
"You’re the bastard here." He gritted out angrily and his father kicked him in the stomach.
"Freak. When are you gonna fully turn into stone?" His father demanded and Blaze’s eyes darted around, trying to find a way to get out of this situation. He saw a broken mirror and picked it, then he whirled it at the unsuspecting fallen god who had returned back to chanting something over labyrinth’s body.
The jagged edge flew into the man’s arm and he snarled angrily as he realized what blaze had done, but that was already enough for him to lose focus, which diffused the invincible bond he had on blaze’s throat with the help of magic.
As soon as he was pulling out the glass, Blaze sped up to him and punched his face. He was only stunned for a moment, and then they began to fight. Blaze was surprised that the fallen god could actually fight. His punches were strong and extremely painful to Blaze’s pain ridden body. When the man delivered a particularly hard punch to blaze’s stomach, he doubled over in pain and the man punched his face and kicked his knees, sending Blaze to the ground. Blaze tugged him down along with him and they began to roll around while exchanging punches.
The fight was tough and very intense but Blaze ended up delivering a punch in the man’s head that began to send him in and out of consciousness. When Blaze staggered to his feet, his father had a gun trained on him.
Blaze dodged the first two bullets and zapped around with superhuman speed before kicking the gun away and punching his father behind his head. His father lost consciousness after that and Blaze panted desperately as he hurried towards his mate’s side. His mate was still unconscious and the seven stones surrounding the stake this time appeared like they were sucking something right out of labyrinth. Blaze knew that was undoubtedly his magic and he hurriedly tried getting his mate off the stake but it was impossible, like he was bonded to the stake with an invisible force. Blaze tried different tactics and even got frustrated right before he remembered the vial of potion his sister gave him, which he was thankful he still had on him. He used it in the next moment, catching his mate in his arms before he could fall.
He didn’t wait for his mate to wake up, he only confirmed that he was still breathing, then he began to run with his mate, through a large clearing. It was nighttime but the full moon was bright in the sky and it provided adequate sunlight.
Blaze was extremely weakened and losing blood once again but he didn’t care right now. He was only concerned about his mate.
He was still running when his mate woke up.
"Blaze?" His mate whispered drowsily as he peered up at him and Blaze would have smiled if his cheeks and lips weren’t swollen right now. He was still running forward, to no direction in particular, but he knew he couldn’t afford to do anything order than this. He tried teleporting away from this location but realized he couldn’t.
"You’re safe now. I told you I’ll always protect you, didn’t I?" Blaze said to his mate as he kept on running and his mate began to cry as he clutched him tightly, explaining that he thought he was dead.
"They told me you were dead!" Labyrinth cried out, still feeling immense relief within him at the fact that his mate was actually alive.
Blaze didn’t stop running but he was slowing down because of his tiredness. When he staggered, his mate instantly demanded to be let down. He instantly refused but after two steps forward, on realizing that they were being chased right now, his mate forcefully jumped down and grasped his hand. Labyrinth’s eyes widened on making contact with pure stone in the place of his mate’s hand, but his mate assured him he was fine before he could ask any questions.
They continued running, with labyrinth supporting his mate’s weight at a point. They were panicked but also determined to not get caught. Labyrinth tried performing a spell but realized he couldn’t and it dawned on him that he could only feel a little magic left within his chest.
The two mates were still running when the ground suddenly gave out underneath their feet. There was no magic for labyrinth to use in cushioning the fall and he believed he would meet his death here, but Blaze caught his wrist and held on tight, and labyrinth instantly realized that his mate had managed to save him because he was holding on to some sort of pole.
