Chapter 242: You’re Going To Hell!

I perched the sunglasses I was wearing on top of my head as the mutated zombie delivered my drink. It was the cutest thing in the world with the coconut shell, straw, and even a little umbrella. I almost didn’t want to drink it...

The zombie bowed deep enough that its head almost set it off balance as it took the drink off of the tray and put it on the table beside me. Another mutated zombie slathered some sunscreen in its hand before applying it to my back. It was cold enough that it caused me to shiver a bit, and I looked at the creature.

"It’s cold," I growled, not happy at the temperature. The cute zombie frantically nodded its head so hard that I thought it was going to fall off before bringing its hands up to its mouth and breathed on them.

Ever so slowly, it put its hands back on my back, and I nodded in approval. "Much better, thank you."

The mutated zombie’s shoulders dropped as if in relief, and I turned my attention to the group of zombies playing in the ocean just in front of me. They were using one of their heads as a beach ball and were tossing it around to each other, trying to keep it out of the water.

Every time the rest of the body tried to regrow itself, one of the zombies bit it off and swallowed it. Who knew the zombies could eat themselves? And who knew that zombies could spend the day at the beach just like everyone else?

I hadn’t been here very long, but the second I stepped foot in this place, it was like ringing the dinner bell. Anyone who had been here previously was nothing but mutated zombies or food for the mutated zombies. And they wanted me on the menu.

There were no killer clowns or dumb zombies, so one nut’s wish didn’t leak out past Country M. In fact, it was all very peaceful.

Once my sunscreen was adequately applied, because skin cancer was still a thing, I leaned back into my lounge chair and replaced my sunglasses. This was paradise, and I really didn’t see myself wanting to leave any time soon.

"Did you really think it was that easy to get away from us?" asked Dante as he walked out of the hut just behind me. Turning around, I had to wipe up the drool as I watched him stroll toward me with his black swimming trunk on and nothing else. His black markings twinkled under the sun like he was a creature made of diamonds, but somehow, that man managed to pull it off.

Taking the towel off his shoulder, he laid it down on the lounge chair beside me. Looking me over, he raised an eyebrow at the bikini I was wearing.

I loved it the second it appeared on my body. It was bright blue with a ruffled skirt for the bottoms and ruffled edging along the top. It tied around my neck and right under my breasts, and it was everything I didn’t know I wanted.

There was movement behind me again, and I watched Tank appear from the same hut. While he still looked human, his olive skin seemed to beg for the sun’s caress. Nodding to me, he threw his towel on the chair on my other side and dove into the water, not caring about the zombies at all.

"Who do we ’ave ta kill fer a beer?" demanded Dimitri as he strolled out in his red swim trunks and a bright smile on his face. Seeing me staring at his perfect abs and defined pecs, he threw his towel at my head before diving into the water after Tank.

Coming to the surface, he smirked at me. "I’ll take anythin’ cold," he assured me, putting in his order before going to the zombies that were playing with the head. They moved to the side, giving him a space in their circle as they continued to hit the ’ball’ around.

"Sweet," sighed Salvatore as he came out next. His footsteps were much softer than Dimitri’s, and once again, I felt myself drooling as I stared at his purple markings. Matching perfectly with his bathing suit, it took me a few seconds to realize that he had picked me up off my lounge chair before lying down.

Getting me comfortable on top of him, Salvatore reached out for my drink and brought the straw up to my lips.

"It’s always de fucking quiet ones yous gotta worry about," huffed Ronan, finding his own chair not far away. Taking his towel, he placed it over his face and promptly fell asleep.

"You all are assholes," grunted Luca as he and Beau stepped out of the hut, their eyes narrowing on the rest of the guys.

"First come, first seated," shrugged Dante, not at all worried about the looks coming from the other two. "Where’s Désiré?" ƒгeewebnovёl.com

"Fightin’ with de house," grunted Luca, his accent slipping as he took the fourth lounge chair away from me.

"Huh?" I asked, more than a little concerned. "Why?"

"Your house color coordinated us, Sugar," sighed Beau, pointing to his burnt orange trunks. "Apparently, Désiré has an issue with gold trunks."

"It’s no dat I ’ave an issue with de color," snarled Désiré as he stormed out of the hut.

I am not too proud to admit that I almost swallowed my tongue when I saw him. I couldn’t decide exactly what my reaction to him should be, but I knew laughing probably wouldn’t help the situation at all.

The man and demon were so pissed they were practically steaming, even here in the tropics. Their gold markings were nothing short of pure art, the designs looking like they were almost melting into their flesh... but the gold speedo did nothing to hide their package.

As if seeing where my eyes had gone, Désiré turned bright red before diving into the water to try and get away from my sight.

Unfortunately for him, and much to my amusement. The gold markings and suit quickly attracted a bunch of small fish, trying to figure out what was so sparkly.

When one brave fish bit him in the ass, Désiré let out a yelp and quickly swam away, only for the school of fish to follow quickly behind, mesmerized by his ass.

"Yous goin’ ta hell fer laughin’ at me, Hattie-girl!" Désiré screamed over his shoulder as he tried to get away from the curious fish.

"More than likely," I assured him, no longer able to hold back my joy. Even the other guys started laughing, and the mutated zombies in the water, just as entranced by the shimmering gold, quickly swam after the Lust demon. "But not for this."
