Chapter 645: Beheading Humans

The war began.

As soon as the next thunderclap sounded that was initiated by Azrael and Azura from Sebastian’s side, the war started immediately.

People on each side ran towards each other to fight and come out of it alive.

Elliana raised her hands and extended her shield towards her people, closing her eyes as her body stumbled backwards because of the amount of Magna it used.

Lucas, who saw his future queen in pain, was about to step forward to help her, when he saw her raising her body in the air before she was engulfed in a swirl of what looked like Blue Magna.

"Schützen," She whispered, her hair entangling with that blue Magna like threads of wool woven together.

She looked ethereal in that moment, and Sebastian, who just broke the necks of two humans, looked at his wife, who looked nothing less than a butterfly of power in forming as she was wrapped in a cocoon of her own powers that were protecting their entire team from the attacks of humans and illegal tricks.

Elliana wanted it to be a fair fight. And hell she was adamant on making it fair.

Azura looked at Eros, and they nodded at each other before raising their hands and sharing their Magna with their daughter so she could be at peace with herself that she tried her best to protect people on their side.

It was indeed working.

Many witch attacks on their vampires were going nil, not to mention the rogue vampires who weren’t able to bite into anyone’s neck because of the weird pressure those vampires had around them.

"Is it the time? Can I come out?" Sebastian’s beast asked him, wanting to know if he was allowed to come out or not.

Sebastian denied his beast’s request. If his beast took over him so soon, only a few triggers would also activate the devil inside him, and he didn’t want that to happen so soon.

He raised his swords that he was holding in both hands and used his vampire speed, beheading the people from the other team at the speed of light.

Ambrose and Garry, who were fighting side by side, looked at each other, both of them having the same thought when their king passed by them.

Nothing was visible. It was almost as if a swoosh of wind was roaming around the battlefields. The only thing visible to them was the flying heads all around, and it made them gulp before they tightened their hold on their swords, wanting to match at least half of their king’s speed.

Nathaniel was no better. He had created two large illusional warriors who were on a killing spree too, his hidden and unique technique that he never showed to anyone.

However, today was definitely the time to show all their powers and so that they could come out of it victorious.

Elliana, who had been wrapped in those Blue Magna swirls, finally opened her eyes when she was done with extending her shield to everyone.

The first thing she saw was Azrael, killing the vampires and wolves on their side just by clicking her fingers.

Seeing the old witch getting close to Jasmine and David, who had their backs on her, because they were already fighting rogue humans, Elliana’s eyes darkened and she threw the first thing she got her magic on

It happened to be a tank.

The humans who saw the tank flying towards them, widened their eyes in shock, and a situation of stampede occurred as they tried their best to run and not get hit.

Azrael, who saw the large tank being thrown at her army, scowled and raised her hand before bursting the tank into millions of tiny shards.

"Nice try," Azrael said, smug that Elliana’s attack went useless.

"Indeed," Elliana said, her confidence for some reason unnerving Azrael today.

She wasn’t used to this confidence. She was used to seeing the fear in everyone’s eyes when it came to her.

Could it be that Elliana had some hidden skills that only their people knew about? And probably that was the reason their people weren’t even fearful anymore.

Azrael tried to look at all the things happening around her, wanting to find any clue of what they were planning.

She had sent three witches to find out about what was going on their side or even bribe anyone to get the information. However, it turned out to be futile. In fact, those witches never returned to her.

Azura probably recognised them because among everyone in Sebastian’s army, Azura was the only one who probably knew about all the dark witches since she was the queen and single handedly ran the kingdom for almost 19 years.

Seeing Azrael looking around with a neutral yet complicated look on her face, Elliana couldn’t help but smile to herself before she looked at the large anti-missile systems and tanks that the humans brought.

She saw the humans operating those tanks and bombing the area where their vampires were fighting.

A scowl immediately appeared on her face when she saw so many vampires getting wounded because of these large weapons. It was clear if these weapons continued to work, they would be on the losing side because of how the opposite army was more in number.

She shifted her gaze to her husband, who was beheading humans and rogue vampires like he was chopping vegetables, and her heart skipped a beat when she saw all the blood being splattered in the air and how his sword was dripping blood.

The thick stench of blood was filling up the environment, and she could see many vampires from their side were also drinking blood directly from the humans to stay Powerful and be able to fight them.

The presence of humans was affecting the war both negatively and positively.

"Verschwinden." She murmured with a sigh, and all those heavy weapons started disappearing one by one.

The humans who were relying on those weapons, looked at the witches for help.

Azrael clicked her fingers and immediately new tanks appeared, making the humans look at the weapons in relief.

Elliana smiled and clapped, the tanks disappearing again.

"I can do this all day," Elliana said.

Raged by the little girl, Azrael snatched the sword from her nearby witch and rushed to Elliana to attack her.

Elliana, who has been waiting for this opportunity since earlier, smirked at the main witch, the leader on which these people were relying.

She also pulled out her two swords from the scabbard that was attached to her cloak on her back.

Elliana pointed her hot red blazing swords at the lady.

"Let’s do it," She whispered before she raised her hands and attacked Azrael before she could strike first.
