The Masked Vampire King's Accidental Bride-Chapter 661: Abracadabra
Chapter 661: Abracadabra
"You!" Sebastian stood from his place, and the girl raised her brows.
"Yes me," She placed her hands on her waist, standing on her toes to create an intimidating aura and position.
Sebastian looked at the girl, who was trying to pretend to be dangerous and looked at him like she had a death wish or something.
He didn’t know why, but seeing her trying so hard, flaring her nose, when her chubby cheeks were just making her look like an intimidating cat, his lips twitched before he sighed inwardly.
"Do you even know who you are talking to?" Sebastian asked, and the girl in front of him with those expressive amber eyes scoffed.
"Definitely not a president," She mocked him, and a nerve in his forehead ticked at her provocation.
She was surely courting death. Sebastian smirked under the mask, suppressing the urge to pinch her chin and force her to look into his eyes so he could tell her to look clearly.
The girl then proceeded to look at the lady on the table.
"Miss, I don’t know why you are here, even talking to a guy like this. But let me advise you. If he isn’t related to you in any romantic manner, just run. Look at his foxy glaring eyes as if he would gobble anyone in front of him," The nameless girl said, and the more she spoke, the angrier Sebastian felt.
Gloria, on the other hand, who was asked to create a good impression on the King, looked at the girl helplessly.
"Miss, you are misunderstanding. There is nothing like that going on here. Do you really not know who he is? He is -" Before Gloria could complete her sentence, the nameless girl turned around when someone called her name.
"Elliana,"
The girl turned to look at her friend before smiling at her, her enchanting smile, catching Sebastian’s attention.
He noticed how her long brown hair failed along with her head movement, cascading through her back like long waves that someone would want to run their fingers over.
"Girl, where have you been? I have been waiting here for so long," Elliana walked to her friend, forgetting about all the commotion she created.
Samantha, on the other hand, looked at her cousin before looking at Gloria. She didn’t know what exactly transpired here and walked forward with a natural smile. fɾeeweɓnѳveɭ.com
"What were you talking about with my brother?" Samantha asked Elliana, who looked at the guy, strangely.
"Your brother?" She asked before shrugging.
"Brother Sebastian," Samantha bowed to Sebastian, who threw a look at his sister from the third royal family before focussing his gaze back on the insolent girl.
Elliana, who was busy checking things on the menu, paused and looked at her friend with her pupils dilated.
"W-what did you call him? Sebastian?" Elliana widened her eyes.
"Yes. He is my cousin, Sebastian Marino, the king of the vampire kingdom," Samantha explained.
Sebastian looked at the girl, who looked like she was finally realizing her mistake and was about to smirk when the girl opened her mouth again, angering him even more.
"The one who eats vampires?" Elliana asked, clearly unbothered by the fact that he was also the KING.
Samantha widened her eyes as soon as she heard her new friend’s words and quickly placed her hand on her mouth.
"Brother, please forgive her. She doesn’t know much about the system in our vampire kingdom. She just came two days ago as a part of the student exchange program from the Witch’s Universities," Samantha quickly explained.
She looked at the girl, who was standing there, unapologetically shamelessly, making her sigh. Just today she was teaching this girl how she needed to stay away from influential people and cause trouble for herself and look at her, directly messing with the ultimate authority here.
"Elliana, he is the King! Think carefully. The king?" Samantha tried to explain to Elliana the severity of the situation, but the latter only shrugged as if it was no big deal.
"He isn’t the first king I met. But definitely the rudest one. Even Lord Ahriman, the king of hell has a better temperament than him," Elliana said before she looked directly into Sebastian’s eyes.
She removed her hand from Samantha’s before stepping ahead.
"I don’t know what’s going on, but abracadabra, you didn’t see me," She said before she practically ran away, leaving Samantha, Gloria, and Sebastian’s mouth agape.
Did this girl really run away after she caused this kind of commotion? And what was that abracadabra? A pathetic excuse of some kind of spell? Or was she mocking them?
Sebastian looked at his sister, and Samantha chuckled awkwardly.
"Now that I think about it, I had to meet Alcinder," Samantha said, walking out sneakily to save herself from any aftermath of her brother’s wrath.
Lucas, who was talking to Prince Stephano over the call, felt his heart almost leap out of his chest when the girl bumped into him.
He turned around, his gaze meeting with a pair of amber eyes and he gulped.
"I am sorry," Elliana whispered softly.
It was almost as if his head was struck with lightning and Lucas clenched his fists.
’I have vouched my eternal loyalty to you. Even if our King forgets you, I won’t forget you,’
The sudden strange words echoed in his head and he stumbled back, the phone slipping out of his hand that Elliana quickly held.
"Hey, are you okay?" She pressed her lips into a thin line.
"I... I don’t know," Lucas found it hard to breathe.
It was almost as if someone was choking him and forcing whatever this memory was in his head into the back space again like it was some kind of forbidden memory that shouldn’t be remembered.
Elliana looked at the guy whose expression was turning pale with each passing second, and with no one in sight, she quickly hailed the taxi and pushed the man inside the back seat.
"Quickly, drive to the nearest hospital," She ordered the driver and when the driver didn’t say anything, she was about to ask if they heard her or not when she looked at the driver through the rearview mirror.
It was a female driver.
"Start the car. I don’t care about the fare," Elliana said, and the lady nodded before starting the car and accelerating it towards the hospital.
Samantha, who saw the car speeding away, was about to call Elliana when Sebastian walked behind her.
"Did this insolent girl just kidnap my most trusted subordinate away?" Sebastian asked, feeling even more enraged now.
